It helps us know who is working on what. Assigning tags to each email to be able to track. It’s available 24/7. Integration is easy and very fast. User friendly interface. Ticket system is very easy to organize it’s actually my favorite feature. is easily customizable. Live chat feature comes in very handy to ensure clients are sorted in real time, this saves lots of time. Setting up is pretty easy, I have a smooth time. Offline messages feature is brilliant, we can also source leads from this feature. The support team is available 24/7 and they are literally the best I have worked with for sooooooo long. I like that we can feature multiple users, departments and agents. Real-time viewing of customer's typed words.

Cons

I would recommend an improvement with the UI but over all performance exceeds my expectations. I have the best experience every time I use

Our office has been using Live Agent for the past several years, and the chat/message functionality has proven invaluable in helping our team provide excellent customer service. Easy to use and simple to learn, Live Agent has proven to be a blessing for our company, and the instant chat option is a powerhouse in generating new accounts. Being able to answer questions, and provide sample reports through the chat file upload feature, is priceless. In a time where customer service usually means long hold times and a connection to a foreign phone bank, being able to instantly answer questions, and help our customers makes us shine. Live Agent has had a direct positive impact on increasing our subscriber base. It’s the tool that pays for itself time and again.

Pros

Ease of Use. Functionality, and the ability to instantly provide solutions to our clients, and prospective clients. The ability to attach files directly in the chat window is my most favorite feature.

Cons

I haven't encountered any negative aspects of Live Agent so far.

Despite the minor troubles, this service is constantly improving and is clearly committed to future growth and enhancement. Their approach to service has actually been an inspiration to my own company (we are a SaaS-based service ourselves). They've become integral to our ongoing business processes.

Pros

The software is simple to set up, has a lot of great features, and really helps a team drive the technical support process together.

Cons

The current UI can be a little clunky at times, and there is an annoying issue of the system allowing only one instance of each user account to be logged in at one time, which causes access from the mobile app to kick out your desktop app's logged in session.

Reason for choosing LiveAgent

Frankly, we got an incredible deal for via AppSumo and that hooked us. Without that deal, we would likely have gone with ZenDesk.

### "Chat + Email + Social Networks Messages Management"

I use in a daily base to offer live chat in the site, handle social media questions. I know that some people really appreciate to have live chat option, or an easy way to communicate. Ah, also their customer support is great. I am happy with Live Agent.

Pros

I have an small firm of e-commerce. Just 2 persons. We do some social media advertising or just organic publications. I am amazed how some persons believe an expect an answer from every comment that they make on one of our posts, even when it is some months old post. Placing there questions about shipping, stock, prices, etc. Before this software I just missed those messages. Now I can answer very promptly, and generate orders. Plus has a ticketing system with the emails, can send an email notification of new offline messages, etc. Plus a good chat function where I can see where the person is in the site.

Cons

What I like the less is the design of the form that loads in the page. Right now most site have a much simpler design, and specially more friendly. More like a whatsapp chat style. Here is different. The good point is that is very customizable in terms of colors, even gradient look that give a nice and futuristic style. I have also heard complains about the mobile app. The good news is that it is so complete in terms of functions and easy to use when set up, that for me was worth the investment.

### "Cheap and easy to use"

Pros

We were thinking of introducing Zendesk. However, I was introduced to Live Agent by an acquaintance. The fact that the price is considerably cheaper compared to Zendesk is a big advantage. Also, being able to use a predefined sentence as a response is very convenient.

Cons

It is very inconvenient to have to manually edit CSS or HTML to change the design of the Support Portal. Templates would have saved a lot of time and money.

Cons

Sometimes clients have to wait in the queue to resolves his/her queries. Pricing is little bit costly for small organisation but it is worth when you can use the all features.

Live Agent is simply the best product that we - a growing company that markets a fitness app with a MLM component - use on a regular basis. The pricing is fair, and the LA people get back to any of our CS inquiries VERY quick. Highly recommend!

Pros

So easy to use. The interface is incredibly user-friendly. I am somewhat technologically challenged, but after watching the Live Agent you tube videos and tutorials I learned how to do everything I needed to provide excellent Customer Service!

Cons

There really is nothing. Been using software 5 months and yet to find a negative.

### "LiveAgent Knowledge, a powerfull tool"

Pros

The knowledge base tool allow you to create a lot of category and article. It is a powerful tool to use if you want to show your costumer how to use your product or to give them some information about your product. It allows you also to create internal article to help your team gather information et share it with others.

Cons

There is some problem that you cannot fixed in . For example, I've ask the support team if it was possible to have a backup base for the article, because if for some reason you loss articles, it cannot be retrieve and you loss all of your work. Also the delete form is not really clear. I've deleted some article by mistake and it didn't show you a message to confirm the deletion of the article and there is no way to retrieve it.

All in all, live agent is phenomenal. I love it. I've already recommended it to others and me and my team use it for our business needs.

Pros

Once you get the first thing that becomes clear is the ease at which features sync up. The chat feature is probably my favorite: messages come through easily regardless of whether you're on a desktop mobile phone or tablet. You're assigned extensions so you and your team can call each other, or make outbound calls. Pretty neat. I love the ticketing!

Cons

The only thing I wasn't super fond of was how it asks to reload application. It was minor though and I usually caught it in time before being logged out.
