Dramatically reduced the time our customer service team has been able to respond to customers, increase in customer satisfaction as well as less stress on our customer service team.

Pros

We love the user-friendly interface, quick set up, and that it was so easy to configure. It has dramatically reduced the time our customer service team has been able to respond to customers. It offers everything from chat, video, phone, email, and more to respond to our customers. We have seen an increase in customer satisfaction as well as less stress on our customer service team. If your business is built around customer service, I highly recommend this software.

Cons

The feature that I dislike the most is the ticketing system. It does not allow you to merge tickets which creates multiple tickets for the same issues. Numerous email notifications will be sent out referencing the same ticket/issue, but we have to add notes to all of them. It gets very tedious at times especially when you work in a service industry. Also, the mobile isn't really useful. A customer can interact on mobile, but we are unable to receive messages on moble or text. Although, the customer is able to text. This would be a really useful feature to have enabled.

Pros

liveagent has intuitive, sharp and user friendly interface which also comes with great customization options. therefore can be customized to automatically respond to common questions by clients without necessarily engaging the customer agent physically hence saves on labor.

Cons

liveagent has great value for it's price which might yet poise a challenge to a new business as it might need some budget allocation

The biggest problem this software has solved for me is that it manages perfectly the large volume of emails my company receives, as well as the classification of customers. It's like having an employee who works for me 24/7/365

Pros

The process of learning this software was very easy, even for employees who do not have good computer skills.

Cons

This tool has helped my company grow so fast, in such a short time.

It does not offer me email management options, and most importantly it is not updated. Their difference is like day and night.

Customers issue can be resolved efficiently when the ticketing system and chat service was live 24/7. It was a good experience.

Pros

I liked the chat and Email service, I was working as customer support executive with Endurance International Group. I used LiveAgent and the email / chat service was user friendly to use.

Cons

Sometimes it gets stuck if multiple chats are getting handled. The email ticketing system was working very well.

Overall, my experience with LiveAgent was largely positive and it allowed me to get done what I needed to get done without much difficulty, which is more than I can say about some other customer queue programs I've worked with.

Pros

The best part of this software is that it is fairly intuitive and easy to learn by doing. It's quite simple to click around and learn on your own, and the majority of the features that you need are upfront and not buried in menus, which is extremely helpful when dealing with a busy customer list.

Cons

The biggest con of this software is it customization options. After I get acquainted with a software, I like to customize it to my needs and move things around to make it more seamless to my work process.

Liveagent is a robust helpdesk ticketing system. I love the ability to create multiple departments for different products.

Pros

I use Liveagent to create support desks for multiple products. The software works without any issues when it comes to a fully-featured help desk ticketing software.

Cons

I wish the UI would be more modern though this is not a big issue. The livechat feature is not good with limited options so I'm using another tool for livechat

LiveAgent is easy to setup and start using right away. the check-mark style setup list was really helpful in getting going.

Cons

Some of the more advanced setup options were tricky to setup. After a few messages with support, I got it all up and running, though.

Just excellent service, coming back from another Big-name provider and LiveAgen can deliver the same functionality in a much more accessible way.

It is simple yet efficient software that allows tuning almost to any of your daily needs as a customer service department. Good pricing, efficient customer support, and highly customizable.

It would be nice to have more variables for customizing workflow, right now there are not that many

LiveAgent has become my go to app for all support requests and I have never had any issues with it in 2+ years of constant use.

Pros

I like the ease of use, the fact I can template answers (saving heaps of time) and track every support thread with ease. Knowing that I have a trusted place to properly serve and support customers and dont need to worry about requests falling through the cracks gives me peace of mind.

Cons

There is actually nothing specific that I dislike about LiveAgent. It does all that I require (and more). My usecase is quite simple, and I do not have to deal with too many support issues, so in my case, LA is all I need and beyond.

It is live for easy communication on video and audio and we get to manage our call center very well especially on the help desk for customer support.

Pros

We get to control our call center and telephony very well and orderly making it easy as well to engage our customers or colleagues communication.Live calls enhance clear video conferencing and online meetings.

Cons

Screen sharing has some features limited in a way . Though not such a big deal but it would be better.

It´s been great! LiveAgent has optimized our Support Service in a huge way. Chat Support is very helpful as well to solve simple service request, allowing our onsite Support team to focus only on complicated incidents.

Pros

It has been very helpful to setup our own live chat support. But more than that, the integration with phone, emails, social media and website is really powerful. LiveAgent captures all this sources of customer interactions and log it in a single ticket. You can customize it to suit your company needs and services models, and also have powerful reporting tools for your helpdesk service and Metrics benchmark.

Cons

The cost is somewhat high. I believe this solution is meant for big companies.

### "Great and easy to use solution for start-ups"

Definitely, I suggest this product.

Pros

Since we are a start-up and a new company on the market, we were looking for a relatively well-known, easy-to-use, and stable solution for implementing a live chat in our website and application. We were surprised how easy it was to set up a live agent and in probably 30-60 minutes we had a customized live chat on our website!

Cons

We had a problem setting up a custom background color for our live agent. Even until now, we weren't able to figure out how to set this up so that our live chat doesn't have a different color than our main website theme. Another suggestion for improvement would be to allow us to change a sound that's played when someone opens up a chat. It is too calm and it happened to me that I missed a call few times because I just couldn't quickly remember what is this sound that I am hearing.

This is a ticketing system that I would recommend to others. Live Agent has allowed our company to organize and prioritize our tickets with ease.

Pros

The default colour scheme makes it easy to identify the status of tickets (which ones are new, answered, etc). The '"create views" is a very flexible feature that allows you to filter emails, which helps with managing project work.

Cons

Being a daily user, re-selecting all recipients when forwarding an email can be a pain.

A great experience so far. Way better than using simple emails for client facing communication. I set up the chat widgets on my websites and all the communication flows through a centralized app, which is great. You even can connect your facebook and twitter accounts to the system and all your messages will appear in LiveAgent too.

Pros

I like that all of my customer support requests and inquiries are at the same place in nicely organized conversations, without messy email chains. I like the idea of having a centralized place for all inquiries coming from current customers and potential clients.

Cons

it's a great app overall, it does so much. One thing that annoys me a little is that you can't log into your Agent account from multiple devices at the same time. The mobile app looks a bit dated, but it's functional.

Overall, to have all the e-mails, calls, chats, social media comments in one place - that's the greatest benefit of LiveAgent! All of this is supported by good analytics and excellent customer support.

Pros

You can make basic settings relatively easily. There is extensive help for most functions. The UI is not the best, but every agent got used to the environment within 2 weeks - so it is easy to understand and use :)

Cons

Some advanced features/use of LiveAgent caused the problems, but finally after a few chats with excelent customer support we have solved it!
