The software and the company have been great to work with. Their support and the documentation has been good.

Pros

It is very flexible to set up and use. Both from the agent standpoint and the customers standpoint. Dashboards and reporting are nice as well.

Cons

I do wish there was an auto logoff feature for the agents. Sometimes our agents forget to logoff at the end of their shift and this can be frustrating for our customers.

### "Full featured platform for small businesses"

Very easy to setup out of the box! IF you do need help, support is ready with an answer. I was able to customize how the chat widget looks so it doesn't clash with my site.

Pros

When this dropped on Sumo, I thought I was getting a simple chat app. WOW, it floored me when I first logged in. So many options to set up your chat application AND call center. The call type live agent feature on my website made my small business look much bigger than it actually is. I was able to answer chats on my Android phone with their mobile app.

Cons

I had trouble getting the call center set up but the "how-to"guide and support got me up and running implementing my Twilio account and phone numbers into the app.

Once setup, and for the price, LiveAgent provides a complete one stop for serving and supporting clients via any communication method your customers may prefer.

Pros

LiveAgent is a well designed solution for supporting and resolving client/customer needs. It has been well thought out and designed.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve and quite a bit to setup before you really get started but everything is very well documented with walkthrough video's

### "Solid customer service software"

Used this software as a consumer and have only had good experiences: easy use, rapid response, good results.

Pros

Allows customers rapid communication with customer service and prevents long wait times on the phone. Ability to start tickets and many unnecessary phone calls can be avoided. Free service avaialble.

Cons

Not as large as other customer chat softwares, but no obvious shortcomings due to this fact. Would recommend this software.

### "It's Not ZenDesk"

We're happy and they're happy. Their employees have the tools they need to communicate and employers need to keep their customer service department efficient. It's made everyone's lives easier, including my own.

Pros

And that's a good thing. We and our clients were constantly having trouble with ZenDesk, but after looking at different options, we chose LiveAgent based on user reviews and its price. He purchased it along with some other goodies through AppSumo. The tracking feature is great and everyone was happy. It was easy to show our clients, including those who are lacking technical finesse, how to configure it and get the information they need.

Cons

LiveAgent does exactly what it's supposed to do. I'm not sure what the more expensive alternatives might have to offer, but my guess is not much if anything at all.

LiveAgent was so simple to set up and was easy for us to move to. This has really helped us centralize our support and provide better support to our users.

Pros

We run multiple client facing websites and LiveAgent was very easy to set up so that we can manage where the emails and tickets are coming from so that we can better help our users from a single support console.

Cons

For us there isn't much not to like about LiveAgent.

### "Best chap widget "

It is the best chat widget and help desk you can find on the market. With it's amazing ability to connect everything you can be assured of a great customers service. Everything is spot on and the speed of everything is fast, I wish more software would be like this

We had some trouble with the branding on the widget, but achieved to replace it and customized it to match our design.

Pro: live agent has so many customer support features that we can leverage to save our time and with less support stuff we can answer all the questions come from prospects. it comes with social media integration which way too easy for us to connect with people love it

Cons

for newbies, it may little bit confusing inside. they might have less user experience some time we have to contact support which is great always answer our questions, to solve some user interface issue,,if they can improve the UI and UX that would be bets chat support software out there

Overall very positive, with few flaws.

Pros

The software is simple to use, simple to edit and easy to train new colleagues on. The software also allows alot of valuable insight to be gathered through customer use.

Cons

The software doesn't always play alert noises for new contacts, so there is a potential to miss chats if you're in a different browser/program.

Cost and how seamlessly it was to incorporate it into our website and start using.

Cons

Customer service is sometimes slower because they are located in a different part of the world. Seems better now than when we started.

My team has benefited from using Live Agent by adding online chat to all of our client sites, reducing costs and amount of time spent with each customer, and by centralizing all customer service interactions.

Pros

We love the centralized ticketing, and ability to connect emails and chats to the user. The chat functionality is easy to implement and use.

Cons

I wish that some of the settings were easier to change, or were available. For example, message forwarding to outside of the system is limited, does not automatically include attachments or the previous messages. We have to reattach and copy in the prior message.

for day to day usage, sorting emails and displaying general information LiveAgent is a great tool.

Pros

The ticketing system that can be used to reference specific email threads is a great tool that i use continuously throughout the day.

Cons

the way in which older email threads is displayed can be confusing as it overlays them in front of the current email thread.
