Pros

It's great to be able to reply to unify our communication with our customers with a single tool. Most useful is the possibility of receiving call in browser and also connecting a VOIP account. LiveAgent highly recommended.

Cons

The admin interface looks a little bare and basic, but I'm sure it'll be improved in the future.

### "Highly Efficient Helpdesk Software At Last"

Basically, I own many websites online, and it’s really difficult to monitor each websites on a daily basis. When my websites started having bigger traffic, I knew I needed reliable helpdesk software. I searched online and found out that Live Agent has good features for website owners like me. Indeed, the multi-channel support platform of Live Agent is truly spectacular. I can integrate my Facebook and email accounts and check for any messages from my customers and business partners. Whenever I need to write quick emails, I just turn on my Live Agent and use the available email templates to do so. I cater to many clients all over the world, so the multilingual function of the program helps me a lot.

Pros

The feedback form is nicely formatted, and my customers were able to contact me and get in touch with my staff in just a few seconds through Live Agent.

Cons

I had some trouble with customizing the program, but the customer support helped me get through that problem.

Controls and administration are quite transparent, likewise the're constantly innovating and enhancing. Aivo's group is constantly approximately the job even when dealing with issues due to our own or 3rd party's systems.

Cons

Often the assistance is not as quick as we want, it's good tho. Being a service from the very same partner as the virtual assistant, I expected more interaction

Easy to use helpdesk!

Pros

It's great to have an anmost out-of-the-box helpdesk solution without having to do too much configuration stuff. We came from an outdated ORTS system that was way to complicated for what we are using the software for! Thanks for the great work!

Cons

We'd like to see email notifications also for logged in agents without having to setup automation tasks to achive this!

I've been using LiveAgent for quite a while and it does not cease to amaze me. Of course, it has a few flaws but overall the software is really polished. UI is intuitive, easy ticket sorting and tagging, everything is customizable, bugs are fixed quickly, support is fast. I can honestly say that the workflow has improved. If you compare LiveAgent to other alternatives, you can see a huge price difference and you won't feel any lack of features.

Pros

Intuitive User Interface, live chat works flawlessly, lots of customizations, "To Solve" button saves so much time, chat between agents lets to communicate easily, social media integration.

Cons

Search could be improved, LiveAgent mobile app could show agent statistics

We use LiveAgent for quick customer support. The tool allows you to communicate with customers in a live chat format. There is a smart spam filter feature. You can monitor Twitter messages mentioning our brand.

Cons

The first drawback of LiveAgent is that the service has problems with displaying a chat on different browsers. The second drawback is that there is no embedded system for evaluating the work of the manager.

I've been using LiveAgent for over a year now, and I must say that it one of our best decisions. Providing top quality support has never been easier. It has not only great features but also provides great tools for teamwork and communication between your team. We've been able to increase our efficiency, awareness, and responsiveness more than ever before!

Could be a little bit slow at times, but mostly depends on your machine.

I am very happy with my choice as well as agents are. With few small changes product will be perfect and will deserve for note 11/10 :)

Pros

Easy to use and set up. Great gamification which is helping to motivate agents. A lot of statistic very helpful for team leaders.

Cons

Statistics are good but there's something to improve. For example export statistics including charts and different formats such as pdf, xls. Also there is possibility to check only positive and negative feedback, not middle one.

\- Ease of onboarding (they literally walk you through setup) - Robustness - Features (this is multiple tools under one roof) - The price (this is cheap for what it does) - One portal to interact on multile platforms (email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

With every feature-rich software comes a learning curve - and often one that is very steep. There's a good deal to know to use LiveChat, but the way the onboarding is designed makes it simple to follow their implementation prompts to ensure you can get LiveChat working for you very quickly!

Pros

LiveChat allowed my team to seamlessly transition from ZenDesk to their software - and the setup was quick and easy. We are now able to ensure that our customers can quickly get access to chat support in a simple way, that is easy to manage. It also organizes our team and the metrics allow me to see my teams performance from their clear to understand dashboard. I love it!

Cons

So far everything has been very intuitive and feature rich. My expectations have only been exceeded!

I loved the ease of use. When you need help with something, and may not have time to sit on the phone, this makes it more time manageable.

Cons

Sometimes, you get an automated answer first before an actual person. I would rather talk with a person.
