I and my virtual assistant are enjoying it very much. Since it is entirely a very good experience for all of us.

Pros

It is packed with so many things like live chat, ticketing system, forum, knowledge-based, VOIP cloud call. It is customizable in every area and speed of communication with virtual assistants or customer make it best for any online business.

Cons

Their native IOS mobile ios app is weird does not support many features. I heard they are releasing a new one that will solve most of the problems.

Pros

We have been using for several months. The service is very convenient. We noticed an increase in conversion after implementation. According to our data, with the help of chat users get a quick consultation and are more willing to buy goods.

Cons

I do not have enough tools to manage problems, configurations. I would also like to track user activity. Hopefully they will ever be added to all of these tools.

An outstanding value, does a fantastic job of tracking and managing tickets. There are plenty of reports for agent activity but it is lacking when it comes to reports on customers. But for the price, I can't really complain. If your goal is primarily to track and manage activity and do it on a budget, this is the way to go.

Works well to document tickets and manage responsible people to take action. It does however lack integration with our CRM system, Pipedrive. This means that sometimes our salespeople aren't aware of ongoing issues and questions from customers. As of now, this is the only thing that could be improved

Ladesk is a application that allows you manage a completely functional the support service of your company in less than five minutes you can sign in and start to configure your portal, with a step by step guide you easily can upload your logo, add your social media pages and use it. The app has a lot of features like a voice chat with customers, a ticket system for a more personal attention, email address for your needs, contact list integrated with your employers and other companies and a live chat, also with other features that can boost your company like a free call center. Also the app offers a “gamification” with this your agents can earn badges for their work and you can reward for it, this is a form to motive them and don’t make the work the boring thing that anyone hates, the best part of this is that you can try the app totally free for 15 days after that you have to buy one of the plans that the app offers if you want continue using it.

This is the easiest and most intuitive Customer Service software.

Pros

I like that it is centered around email first. The chat program is very good as well. We have found it easy to set up.

Cons

The UI can is a bit cluncky. This has almost a DOS look and feel. I think sometimes getting to past chats could be easier as well.

The chat aspect isn't very customizable i.e. Setting hours etc. wish it would come with some already ticket templates for viewing.

Live Agent has LOTS of features to explore and is quite versatile in ways to support your customers/users. I'm still digging into the software, but so far, I've been quite impressed.

Pros

My favorite part of the software has been setting up a customer portal where I can publish support docs to a sub-domain. Also looking forward to experimenting with calls and video!

Cons

The User Interface looks dated, however, LA offers so much functionality and features!

We use the online service for quick communication with customers. Communication with customers occurs in the format of a live chat. There are push notifications for new applications. A smart spam filter has been installed, thanks to which we do not receive unwanted messages.

Cons

Among the shortcomings of the tool for live communication with LiveChat clients, I want to note the lack of a function for conducting small polls. Also there is no possibility to order a callback.

Pros

Great software! is like a customer service swiss army knife. There's all different ways for your customers or potential customers to interact with you to streamline your online business. I like the fact that you can communicate with them through social media ( Facebook, etc.). Also has an awesome ticket system.

Cons

It can get very costly for small business and individuals to integrate the most robust features into their sites.

Pros

Easy to use and set up. Everything is clean and easy to understand and implement. So much better than the last software we had!

Cons

I dislike that this is solely run from a webpage. Our last system had an app that I could turn on or off. Also dislike that I have to actually go to the tab every morning to 'activate' my status. An app would solve that.

I have found the platform to be extremely easy to use, the canned messages is a great tool and really easy to use to add pre programmed customer responses. The platform is really stable in comparison to other programs used previously and is always being updated. Overall for the cost this program is excellent.
