Pros

I am using this for one of client. Email Ticketing System is good option to manage day today customer requirements.

Cons

Notification system. If we have a way to configure it in outlook and if you can received a email notification for a ticket at our outlook.

Pros

It has good user interface with great features.one can access the customer call logs very easy. It also provides multlipe languages that favours a variety of users which is great.

Cons

Having 3 agents for a package is limiting to a company that wants to add more agents .It means adding more money which can be expensive.

is a great SaaS helpdesk, quick to deploy, easy to maintain and easy to use. I can't imagine how we could have managed our customer support without it. LiveAgent provided us with great value as we can use the iOS and Android apps to stay up to date while in the field.

My company has been using Live Agent for a little while now, and it has been such a great tool for our sales team. My role is to gather the interest of potential clients, and what better way to do that than catch them while they are looking at our website?! It is a very transparent system, and anyone can pick up how it works with ease. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new Live Chat System.

Pros

I love the fact that you can see on a live map, where the person you are chatting with is. I also, really like being able to join conversations with other agents, or even just watch the conversation happen.

Cons

I have not found anything I do not like yet, but with time who knows?

The shortcuts add a new dimension to the experience. All in one place. Easy to organise and register contacts.

Cons

The phone keyboard is a bit strange and it require attention not to make mistakes. The chat cannot be translated this is the biggest con.

It works really well as a chat room and ticketing system. It is really convenient to have everything in one place(emails and chats). I hope they remove some of their ringtones for good but overall i am having a pleasant experience using their service.

Pros

Having a chat system has been amazing as it has been increasing our sales. Having the emails and the chats all on one server also makes conversing with customers a lot more convenient as we have all of their previous history with us in one place.

Cons

It took me a longer time than i would have liked to learn how to use it. The ringtones when someone entered the chatroom drove me insane at the start.

As a customer support tool I cannot fault this. Anyone who tries it will agree.

Pros

I was looking for a simple piece of software for customer support tickets. was and is perfect, but it does just about everything else too, including video, chat, invitations, forms, you name it.

Cons

The interface is what you might call plain vanilla. No fancy graphics, just full functionality. I love this type of interface. I can find everything easily (no icons I have to figure out).

Pros

I like how emails and chats are easy to find and how well they can be organized. I like the badges and levels also to help feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Really the only thing I ran into so far that I don't like is the fact that you don't get email notifications when something is assigned to you if you a signed in. I stay signed in, but keep it in the background while working on other projects.

It allows our employees to stay in touch with customers and to instantly respond to their requests. It integrates freely with a huge number of popular social networks and mailboxes.

Cons

A limited number of applications that can be enabled. Sometimes there is a hangup during heavy traffic, and you have to restart it. It was hard to set up.

I looked for a customer support system to improve support for internal users. After chcking several other solution, I chose because it has proven to be superior to the competition.

Pros

has many features to choose from, so it is possible to customize the behavior and interaction with users and customers according to business needs and workflows. LiveAgent can handle support requests from multiple channels such as email, website and chat, and insert them to the appropriate flow. Support agent can interact with each other in order to solve issues better and faster for customers.

Cons

I think that the mobile apps could have a better UI, and the support for RTL display can better. But non of these issues has a high impact on the overall satisfaction from the system.

We came from a competing product, and although it wasnt perfect it had things that Live Agent doesnt (and to be fair vice versa) However the transition was fairly painless, and we have settled down with it

Pros

easy to use ticketing system, which is ideal for our customers as it gives history of the tickets without the need to actually log into the helpdesk. The knowledge base is excellent

Cons

the twillio interface is a little difficult to setup, but it is more powerful once you get the hang of it the interface. But the backend isnt as good from a day to day usage viewpoint

Specialists working in our technical support, with the introduction of Live Agent, significantly reduced the processing time of one application. Agree that it is very important in the modern world - to save the client's time.

Cons

From time to time the client hangs and requires a reboot. It seems that this is not so terrible, but I'm afraid that some valuable information may be lost. However, while I did not notice such problems.

I can provide with my customers a simple way to provide feedback using the helpdesk solution.

Pros

I like the variety of suscription options with great features. Its great to have significant discounts in our account, that provide us with flexibility to add more agents in the future.

Cons

it would be great to have a granular set of permissions so we can decide which features put available to admins. I would like more activity logs and emails, for example I add agents and I dont receive the notification via email. I would like a reseller console so we can manage the solution on behalf of aour customers.

Cons

Sometimes managing tickets is a bit cumbersome when you want to deal with the same issue more and more. It could be definitely useful to have a simple way to put together several related tickets
