Pros

This is very useful software which provides support in for different platforms. Especially with customer service, it helps a lot in seller and client interaction. This is genuinely a great thing for people who want instant support.

Cons

Everything is good about it but as usual everything has its cons. It becomes slow when there is lot of traffic or hangs up and have to restart again.

Pros

My telecommunications network can provide a better administration thanks to this software, it is very useful and easy to use, it also provides the opportunity to use it a few days for free

Cons

at the beginning if it is a bit complicated but doing practice becomes useless, everything else is positive and as it is used it gets faster development.

Pros

It was very intuitive to setup and get our communications centralized so we could more easily manage follow up.

Cons

We haven't found anything that we don't like yet.

\- The customer/sales agent that helped us to set this up was very helpful and nice - Easy enough to deploy - Proactive agents in customizing scripts

Cons

\- Super dated looking with a clunky response system that just didn't work with our industry (automotive) - Downtime seemed excessive compared to other chat providers we've dealt with - Support team is slow to respond at times

Live Agent works great for our business but it would be nice if it had some added features that would make life easier. They would be as follows: 1. The ability to set business hours so phones and chat automatically are turned on and off 2. The ability to combine tickets 3. Allow for administrators to make changes to or make settings that are applied to all accounts. 4. Better phone functionality 5. Magento integration that is able to pull order/customer information for new tickets.

Pros

Combines all customer communication into one central location and chat,email, and phones are very intuitive and easy to use. Customer service is amazing.

Cons

Needs some more functionality.

Small Teams can manage a high volume of inquiries! Being able to utilize a universal inbox makes chats more seamless and easier to find. The software is also very easy to implement. One of the best solutions on the market

Cons

The mobile app could use some improvements. The software could support more integration with business systems to boost its effectiveness and usability.

I've been shopping around for a help desk software for over a year and finally landed on Live Agent because it provides the best value for money in my opinion.

Pros

The number of features, the ease of setup, the great support (this is key) and their motivation to keep improving their software.

Cons

That it doesn't include as many social media channels as I would like; especially YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook Groups.

Sometimes it feels unsafe using a computerized chat when you're talking about high security concerns online

Customer service is much improved with ProRealty.io since we implemented the use of Live Agent. We are able to track exactly what is happening with each open ticket. I highly recommend this product.

Pros

Easy to find tickets, color coding tags, excellent customer service, easy to find tickets, ticket tag is underneath the messages not on top like other programs, excellent reports to review team's performance, and gamification to make customer service more fun and productive.

Cons

phone system is difficult to set up and requires programming, but this feature is supposedly coming soon to set up more easily.

Pros

i liked that you could clearly see if someone had responded to email and we had clear stats as to responses.

Cons

it didn't have clear stats as to who was closing tickets. there was an editor bug for months that made ticket responses maddenly slow. the default reply all caused some embarrassing moments. i wish it could be changed so that it could be used for both personal email and ticket responses.

After a short time to click through all options, it was easy to set up and implement live chat in a way i needed it. There were a few small difficulties to change all visible words to my native language, but after some contact with support it was fixed. Also, it was easy to get my coworkers up and running. Even when they are not that good with new tools usually.

Pros

Easy to get up and running, easy to add and manage coworkers.

Cons

Some very specific embedding options were hard to get running. There was also no documentation on that part, so i redisigned my site to get it running.

Ease of use and setup was pretty straight forward. Emails came in fairly quickly.

Cons

Some parts of the setup were a little more complicated than expected.
