Pros

The Ease of use in setting it up. They walk you through the whole proccess.

Cons

While setting up the basics is straightforward, they have a lot of features. As such, if can be a bit overwhelming to learn past the basics.

Help Desk Support Boost

Pros

is a great helpvdesk support tool. The application seemed pretty easy to learn and grasp. The solution comes with email support, live chat, and social media integration (Twitter and Facebook). Some of the other useful features are file sharing, contact forms, gamification, statuses, POP3 accounts, etc.

Cons

This one con does not affect the overall impression of the software but the mobile app interface could use some improvements, though it is still good to work with.

Pros

We have a small growing company and we value the opinion of each client. Therefore, we appreciated the call recording function. It helps the operators to understand if all the problems and queries are solved, what moments in communication should be corrected in the future.

Cons

There is no possibility in Live Agent (or maybe we did not find this option) to assign to each client a certain operator. Such an approach would make communication even more productive.

It is simple to use, easy to configure and comprehensive.

Cons

It would be good if there is a function to view the visitor's screen like what crisp chat is offering. Additionally, it would be ideal to have a function to retarget the visitors based on specific segments.

1\. The pricing plan is quite rigid. Better to be more match the customer's need. e.g. I have various agents with tasks differentiated. Only very few of them need the whole service while the other need to reply the ticket only. 2. Many of my staff work at home or on street. It is quite inconvenient if they could not use the apps probably and they need to use your application at normal web browsers, especially that the alert of new ticket is critically required.

Pros

Universal function for customer service purpose.

Cons

Not desirable flexibility and user friendliness

Cons

Once you learn how to use it, it is a really great program. I have yet to find any complaints about it.

Everything in one place. No more jumping from email, to calls (skype), to LiveChat. Everything is all in one place.

Pros

I would have to say the best experience is with Customer Service. They are so helpful. I love so many of the features. Postponing, notes, transfers, and that everything can be in one place.

Cons

There are a couple features I would like to see... but there are some work arounds for now. I am also glad internal calling will the a feature soon. Our CS team is so excited.

Overall it's been hugely beneficial in allowing our customer service team support customers on platforms they couldn't access before.

Pros

We finally have a place where our customer service team can address questions from all sources: social, email, and live chat (well, except for Instagram but that's not 's fault).

Cons

No built-in ability to set on/off hours for web chat without custom javascript. If an agent leaves without logging off, live chat window could stay on all night.

to easily speak to our customers at one place

Pros

It is easy to use and it is very user friendly. The knowledge base has nice functionalities. very good customer support experience.

Cons

The knowledge base could have more features, and better and more themes for it. More guides inside the software could be also fine. App Live Agent is still very small, I miss predefined questions in there and also more other settings to set up it while I am away of my computer.

Pros

software has a interface that makes it easy to use and understand. A great feature is that this software is cloud based and allows you to access to it either from a computer or from a mobile. LiveAgent also has a chat online and you can add automatic replies saving a lot of time.

Cons

Even when you can access from your mobile it will not work as well as on your computer. It is slower at times and you may still encounter some bugs.

Live Agent is super easy to set up and really intuitive to use even without a training. Also the support team is amazing!

Cons

Maybe it's something that I haven't discoverd yet,but it would be usefull to have an automatic rule for recognizing the language of the ticket.

### "LiveAgent Succeeded Where All the Other Solutions Failed"

We've tried so many solutions over the past 21 years. Some where self-hosted, others weren't. Getting people to use our help system in the past was like pulling teeth with people. With , everything is much more convenient on the client/customer end.

Pros

This software works seamlessly with all our social platforms. Our tickets are really easy to follow up on now and we finally have a solution in place that works across the board. lets the client contact and communicate with us using their tool of choice (emails, chats, calls, social media). Nothing gets lost now with all the communications kept within our central inbox.

Cons

I'm not a big fan of offering support via telephone, but it's the one feature in that we do not use at all. I wouldn't say I dislike it - but rather, we don't use it.

Honestly it's a great Zendesk alternative. was not only a perfect fit for managing our support related issues but it's also a great solution for engaging in sales prospecting.

Cons

\- iOS app always crash - Propose to improve the UI
