My colleague recommend this to ease workflow and stay organized. Handles a lot of end users so this ends up making his day easier to manage.

Pros

As time progresses, your seeing live agent on more and more websites. They offer solid support and the software allows for solid organization of incoming tickets for your helpdesk to support the end user.

Cons

I've been told it's straight forward and easy to use

The best thing about this is I can chat to a 'live' agent instantly and not wait for a call back etc.

Time saving software!

Pros

We use it mostly for emails and tickets and it makes it so easy to communicate with our clients. makes the customer communication more efficient.

Cons

At the beginning is a little overwhelming, but with some effort you get used to it. And the paying mode is not the best, I don't like to continue paying for extra users.

Pros

I had my knowledge base website up an running in a few hours. It"s super easy to use! Customer service is available must of the time, and they help me everytime.

Cons

I wish it has more options to customize the themes, right now there are only three themes available and you cant match your website store brand theme to your knowledge base.

Very reliable and easy to use software. Has a wide variety of functions to fit our business needs. What i like it the most that you can see all reports and statistics about every employee.

Pros

Statistics reports, to solve button, other features such as postpone the message, transfer and leave notes for your colleagues.

Cons

I couldn't think of anything I wouldn't like about this software.

Pros

With live agent you really get a lot for you money on this product. I've really enjoyed working with these folks, and I have really noting but good things to say about their product. It's made it a lot easier on our end

Cons

there is a little downtime and a few software kinks/bugs, but otherwise I really cant think of many other issues.

I came across while researching alternatives to ZenDesk and FreshDesk, both of which are good but lock you into their platforms. By contrast LiveAgent can be purchased outright and installed on your own server (in addition to using it as a hosted service). The feature set is amazing and in many cases much better than the competition.

Pros

Lots of features. Multi-channel functionality.

Cons

No SSO functionality

It's cool to see who is visiting your site in real time, how they interact with your site, what pages they visit and to be able to respond quickly when there are questions and needs.

Cons

It would be awesome to have a feature that enables you to be able to keep non identifiable data over the week or month rather than having it disappear when a visitor leaves.

I can easily connect with others and share my problems while seeking solutions in real time.

Pros

I can easily connect with a help desk in a matter of seconds. It is very easy for me to communicate in real time and I have not had any issues with using the software.

Cons

I have not found a method for receiving transcripts of my conversation. This forces one to copy and paste which can be an inconvenience.

If you would like to get a chat transcript then you can do it the same way once it is finished or your customer can even download the transcript himself by clicking on the little wheel at the top of the chat window. It's easy to respond and you can see them typing so you can look up their information and start thinking about your response before they even send the message.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I do not like yet. It has been easy to use. I'm looking forward to learning more and getting more comfortable with all of the options.

I don't have anything negative to say off of the top of my head. I guess if you're forcing me to write something, I'd say there are some aesthetically better laid out programs.
