I think it's great. I would love to see if we can take it to the next level with integrations to our system, but overall a great product.

Pros

What I have really enjoyed is the ease in which the setup was. Branding and customization was also very simple to use and update. The only company out there we found that could help us chat with our clients directly and not use chatbots only.

Cons

I would still like to know more about the salesforce integration and how you can work with customers who have a customized setup in Salesforce, specifically those using the Litify Platform on Salesforce.

Reason for choosing LiveAgent

No other companies we talked to gave us the option to chat live with our customers instantly. They all required that we report back on our leads, whether they turned into customers or not, and we were not interested in that, and they also did not allow an option to chat directly, only to have an AI or their agent pre-screen the chat.

In terms of User Interface tool is very decent, responsive, fast and secure. Easy for us to integrate with applications. Easy to create and maintain tickets. Easy to perform every tasks related to customer support like reply using emails, issue tracking and much more. It delivers top notch experience to the customers who want to resolve queries without wasting in a queue. Easy for us to handling customer queries or issues as well. I’m loving it. Recommend tool from my side.

Cons

Nothing as such negative points for me. It works well and gives responses to the customer issues very quickly and efficiently.

### "Super easy to use and train other staff on"

Pros

I like how easy it is to implement when you need something that is simple, we needed something that would be easy to train our student staff on and my staff understood the platform right away because it was easy and simple to navigate.

Cons

There was nothing i could think of that I dislike. Maybe things that aren't preferred are the locations of some buttons? When closing a ticket, sometimes it's tricky to find where to do so or to end a chat on our end.

It is very very helpful overall so far. I and my team uses LiveAgent o a daily basis.

Pros

The main reason to select LiveEvent was the knowledge base system it has is like the deal breaker. This is the feature that competitors charge high or they don't even have it. Kudos to LiveAgent for that.

Cons

the limitation of customization in header and background of the home screen. If we could upload header background image that could be great.

This a thing one must really go for. Live Agent can prove to be helpful for almost all business small to big.

Pros

I love the way this whole software was built to help companies get a single solution to manage all the things to keep their clients happy. Such a nice tool and ease of use even for beginners. Customer care departments can handle a lot of work single-handedly using LiveAgent.

Cons

There a ton of good things to mention but among all the goodies there is one thing that might need improvement. This little improvement mist is done in the customization ability of the knowledge base and the chat widget. There are certain things that need CSS knowledge to amend.

Pros

At work I was assigned a very important job, I had to decide what software the company should acquire to offer the customer service to hundreds of people. I took the task of researching a wide variety of programs online and I really found in Live Agent the solution to our needs. This program contains all the tools you will need so that your clients receive support in a timely manner. It has a live chat, tickets, integration with social networks and more. The best thing is that it doesn't matter if the client sends an email, opens a ticket or leaves a comment on a social network, because that message will reach a single platform where agents can receive it and give an immediate response. These messages will be stored together with a conversation history, allowing any agent to be well informed of the case and able to respond and solve the customer's problem. Live Agent has many other features that make it easier for agents to work, for example, you can create predefined replies to save time or write frequently asked questions and send links to clients so they can access this information immediately. On the other hand you can customize the portal support with your brand. You can also obtain a report of the agents' work hours. It really is a complete program and its price seems accessible to me. It is worth what it costs because finally if you manage to offer good customer service, this will definitely favor your sales.

Cons

There are very few negative things that I have to say about Live Agent because it works almost perfectly, rather than negative aspects they could make some improvements that allow each company to customize the different options that the program offers us.

I\`d say we have solved one of the greatest Customer support issues with this solution

Pros

The most useful is the email management feature.With 5 agents everyone can be assigned different emails without losing trace and transparency, keeping agents accountable at all times.

Cons

I was not too fond of the monthly price per extra channel of incoming tickets. At 39$ per channel, it would quickly become expensive, so we will stay without integrating Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, while we receive some more daily traffic

LiveAgent is a holistic solution that allowed us to not only manage our website live chat and customer support requests, but also functioned as a CRM system for managing all of our customer contacts. It was very easy to setup a basic implementation, and we saw immediate benefit via decreased customer wait times and quicker resolution of customer issues.

Pros

LiveAgent is not only live chat software, but is also a CRM which can help to manage your customers and contacts. It supports a variety of integrations like email, phone, websites and social media. The setup is highly configurable, allowing users to tailor the software to the specific needs of their business. The user interface is very clean and easy-to-use, yet it also allows for customization. LiveAgent has a spectacular support team, and they were easy to get a hold of, and they always quickly resolved any issues that we were experiencing.

Cons

The cost can be prohibitive to smaller companies that don't have extra budget allocated for live chat. It is difficult to manage the routing of chat requests and support tickets with a larger team, because the options are limited to assigning to departments, so if you want all requests to go to a person/group, they would need to be added to all departments.

I have been using Live Agent for a number of years and am very happy with my experience. It is reliable and efficient and helps me track issues and offer great customer service

Pros

Live Agent is easy to use and manage - I can see at a glance which chats are open or resolved. The reporting features are excellent too.

Cons

The only minor issue isnt with the software but with how Chrome interacted with it - it would sometimes time out while I was doing internet searches but a quick call to the support desk resolved the issue, even though it was not an issue directly with Live Agent.

We are struggling in the market an learning thing, Live Agent guided us an provides a trial for 30 days that helps us to regulate our business in a smother way. In the trial period we were able to integrate three email accounts also we were able to create 2 external Agents and 1 internal Agent, We have also created 2 different departments. We can also setup our email parameters, we can also forward to each email to any of the specific department as well as we can also set the custom replies, templates for agents. Overall, Live Agent is the best option we found for beginners.

Pros

We are struggling in the market an learning thing, Live Agent guided us an provides a trial for 30 days that helps us to regulate our business in a smother way.

Cons

Sometimes we have found technical glitches in fetching email from our external email server
