Pros

I really liked the easy setup. Also the functionality for browser phoning is very cool!

Cons

The apps for IOS are old and not working good. You have one app for tickets and one for phone. When I am on the ticket app the phone app does not working.

We wanted to have a more proactive approach to generating leads from the website, this tool also allows the company to demonstrate it#s technological sophistication by immediately supporting users.

Pros

Some of my favorite features include the sleek chat icon design, which looks seemless on the website template. Also the speed of the webpage load is fast, so I was pleased that the sophistication of the web's technology doesn't hinder load time.

Cons

I am not sure what the point of the work-time logging is for.

Pros

We can easy to monitor and track the complete ticket status and it will be helpful for us to interact with customers and make them satisfied with our products. Chat option and submit portal customization is very useful and helpful. Restriction given to agent and different department make us very easier to manage the departments and tickets.

Cons

Report future is not useful we can't take a report for department wise and agent wise, In excel export, exported data is not useful, it is very diffucult to read and sent to customer and our higher officials, Need improvement in that. In customer portal we can only have privileges to set any department in default we can't make it blank. Because of this our customers some time sent ticket to wrong department.

I'm loving LiveAgent so far. It's been a great asset to my business and I'll be looking forward to some improvements as regards its visual aspect.

Pros

The best thing about LiveAgent is to be able to have every income in one place. You can connect many social media accounts and email accounts. Also, it offers a great live chat widget for your website. The best thing is that all of the messages/comments you receive through ANY of the accounts you've added will be received in the same inbox. I work alone so I manage everything alone, but if you have employees, you can assign agents and they can work seamlessly taking care of questions, queries, tickets, etc.

Cons

The only thing I'm not really into about this platform is the user interface. It's not bad at all, but it could definitely do with some improvements in order to make it more visually appealing. I believe that sometimes it gets in the way of the great options it offers to users.

We use livechat to capture our prospective audience and to get them live updated information on what we have available or to schedule appointments.

Pros

The ease of getting notified of a live chat coming in and responding to it easily

Cons

If you forget to turn it off after business hours, it still shows that someone is on live chat versus going to after hours and no one is available for live chat.

Pros

I like how easy it is to work with it, it is very intuitive.

Cons

I am currently having issues with calls through live agent but it is nothing that cannot be fixed. The customer support is really helpful.

Pros

It gives me 24/7 hour customer support which is always beneficial for any client that may need help after hours.

Cons

The agent at times seems to be a robot so it can be tough communicating with them especially through a computer.

LiveAgent makes me very happy, because it makes it easy to merge all support media into one contact ticket. Before I had to answer emails, social network separately and this was lost throughout the conversations which made the support very flawed and annoying. Now with LiveAgent I have all the control in the palm of my hand through the app! I want to highlight the Quality of LiveAgent Support, it is Excellent, very fast in response and they are really concerned to help and provide great service!

I was very happy with every interaction with customer support, polite, helpful and quick to respond. Abundance of features is a clear benefit of this software.

Pros

Ease of use and clean interface, functionality and ability to connect multiple accounts.

Cons

Some of the buttons could be more obviously placed, as it was hard to find replay buttons and such. But the interface is clean and modern and the customer support is brilliant, very fast to respond.
