Through the efforts of PtMS support we can utilize software to import our daily trip assignments from various transportation brokers. We can also manage those trips and electronically push assignments out to our drivers. The software is not complicated and works very well for our needs. We have it running on SQL server on a small Dell Power Edge server with 5 workstations connected. It can do scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, website scheduling and dispatching, Prior Approvals, confidentiality, customer databases, and all kinds of reports. You name the type of data you need and it can be done. It also meets all HIPPA and DOH regulations. The staff are exceptional as well. They respond to you right away and they make any changes you need to tailor to your needs and wants.
