We needed a platform that would handle event registrations, mobile agendas, and event check-ins. Our organization needed some custom attributes for our attendees. We were able to utilized Eventleaf's API to do this. We evaluated other event management software, but their API was either not modern or non-existent. Eventleaf's API documentation is easy to understand and easy to use. Eventleaf's pricing plans are flexible for our organization. Setting up and event within Eventleaf is easy. I was able to setup custom ticket types easily too. The mobile app is easy to use. We were able to add our logo within the event page and mobile app/agenda too. Overall, I would recommend Eventleaf as an event management platform. Pros I loved the API access for our custom needs. I loved the mobile app too. It is really easy to setup and publish events. It is easy to duplicate events too. I really appreciate the Eventleaf customer service too. All my questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I love the flexibility of the pricing plans too. Pros The scalability for small to large sized events. As a faith-based non-profit it is essential to have a tool that you can rely on to give robost event support for a wide range of participants without sacrificing quality. Integration with supporting tools like ZOOM. PDF, and Microsof Office s a must, and Eventleaf does it well. Cons Eventleaf did not have a step by step how to video when we first started using the platform. I had to make one that fit the community I served. It had to be tailored for the user who was more mature and had a built in fear of technology. They needed hand holding and the videoo provided that safty net.. September 24, 2024 2.0 I was really hopeful about this app, but it ended up not working and became frustrating for me (the event planner) and for the attendees. Pros I like that there is an app for phones and a website. I like the overall look of the platform. Cons It was difficult to navigate. It was easy to confuse the Guide and the Check-In. Once we figured that out, some teachers could check-in to sessions and some kept getting error messages. We have been using EventLeaf for three years and are extremely pleased with the program, the accompanying apps and the exceptional customer service. The synchronisation of event registrations with the main contact list didn't seem to work very well for our scenario (although, we had unusual requirements in this area). Pros I use to track Rsvps by sending out emails and then putting it into a spreadsheet, Eventleaf has saved me so many hours of responding to emails and data entry. Also the reminder process again has saved me so many hours of chasing people up! I also loved the survey option, we have needed a way to get back feedback about our events and this feature was great! I have also had positive feedback from our invitees, saying how easy and efficient it was to use. Also, the features of being able to have different categories of invitees and sub categories within that allows me to collect all the necessary information. The event page itself looks very professional. Cons When I signed up I was interested in all the features, especially the QR Code sign in. Pros Building registration forms and website information is extremely easy and fairly intuitive. It took me about a week to create my first event (working on it when I had time). I had 8 months between events and was able to easily create the registration screens for my new event. I recently copied an event and made the revisions to the registration screens and website within a day. Cons I would like to:- Be able to create my own reports.- More flexibility in the registration options.- More flexibility in the font type and size for the event details. We have used other registration softwares in the past that were not nearly as beneficial. We loved that we could customize the page with our branded colors and logos. It makes for a seamless transition between our webpage and the EventLeaf site. We could even customize the URL! We were excited to be able to upload our contacts and send them from this platform, instead of having to use another platform to communicate. We are excited to have an integrated app that we can edit and customize. We loved how the software is structured for our event. It is easy to know where all the different pieces of information go. You can build out your event in minutes and and send out invites immediately. The platform offers 3 different mobile applications as well. You can make changes after publishing the event and once you build out your first event, you can duplicate the event to use it as a template. No need to waste any time on designing the website every time you plan to host an event. You can also collect payments online and the platform also offers a built in reporting dashboard along with reports for different data points. The attendee app also allows you to host Live Polls and QnA sessions during the event and display the responses using a projector. Cons Nothing that I can point out. I chose and have used Eventleaf by Jolly Technologies for several years because it is extremely user friendly as well as cost effective. I highly recommend Eventleaf to my colleagues and several have also chosen this program for their company because they also found that the site is. Pros Eventleaf has all of the bells and whistles that other well-known programs have as well as a lot of other pluses. I am able to manage several events simultaneously within my agency’s organization page. The well-structured dashboard allows me to track and manage registration; keep track of sales; and engagement activities. The program enables me to design my own website with a personalized URL to drive registrants to the event. Eventleaf can link directly to hotels, manage speakers and exhibitors, and produce a well laid out agenda. I am able to manage registration and attendee information throughout the event as well as checking-in, payments, and class sessions. My favorite part of Eventleaf is the engagement component that administers invitations, reminders, and notifications all within the site which means my inbox does not get over whelmed. However, if I want to, I can forward requests to my agency email. During the event, Eventleaf allows me to use polls to engage attendees. After the event, Eventleaf can be used for follow-up surveys. The program is an annual cost that varies by the number of annual registrants. Cons Eventleaf is constantly upgrading its program to address market changes. If there were things I did not like, I reach out to the support group and they help me. Reason for choosing Eventleaf The site takes me through a series of questions that helps me design and post my event website.
