We needed a platform that would handle event registrations, mobile agendas, and event check-ins. Our organization needed some custom attributes for our attendees. We were able to utilized Eventleaf's API to do this. We evaluated other event management software, but their API was either not modern or non-existent. Eventleaf's API documentation is easy to understand and easy to use. Eventleaf's pricing plans are flexible for our organization. Setting up and event within Eventleaf is easy. I was able to setup custom ticket types easily too. The mobile app is easy to use. We were able to add our logo within the event page and mobile app/agenda too. Overall, I would recommend Eventleaf as an event management platform. Pros I loved the API access for our custom needs. I loved the mobile app too. It is really easy to setup and publish events. It is easy to duplicate events too. I really appreciate the Eventleaf customer service too. All my questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I love the flexibility of the pricing plans too. Pros The scalability for small to large sized events. As a faith-based non-profit it is essential to have a tool that you can rely on to give robost event support for a wide range of participants without sacrificing quality. Integration with supporting tools like ZOOM. PDF, and Microsof Office s a must, and Eventleaf does it well. Cons Eventleaf did not have a step by step how to video when we first started using the platform. I had to make one that fit the community I served. It had to be tailored for the user who was more mature and had a built in fear of technology. They needed hand holding and the videoo provided that safty net.. It replaced a patchwork of forms, spreadsheets, and a separate payment link, and it has held up as our attendance has grown. Pros Registration pages are easy to build and look professional without a designer. Payments flow straight into the registrant record, so reconciling after the event is simple. Badge printing and on-site check-in are the features our volunteers appreciate most because they just work. The mobile app gave our attendees the agenda and speaker info without us printing programs. Pros We've used Eventleaf for 3 years now for several of our larger events (300+ people events), and it has never failed us. The features Eventleaf offers are amazing, and we take advantage of all of them, and it's our lives so much easier! The sign-in feature, the apps (attendee vs. exhibitors), the games and prizes, the classes, etc., were all well thought out and have made our side a lot easier to make our event more available to our attendees. We have been using EventLeaf for three years and are extremely pleased with the program, the accompanying apps and the exceptional customer service. Pros The best part about Eventleaf is the team! They made the entire setup process so user friendly. We were able to email and call with any questions and they would quickly find solutions for us. It is also the most user friendly experience on the back end as well as for users to register. Cons So far anything unfavorable from Eventleaf has been solved by the sales/tech team. It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well. Cons I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I enjoyed the fact that you get a full free-trial demo so you can play around with the system as much or as little as you want. I really liked the fact that the registration page had so many options for promo-code control, etc. Cons The poor controls for logo uploads. I was disappointed with the final event page link that I was provided with. I wasn't impressed with the cookie-cutter basic web design controls, limited color schemes, and a very blocky feel. I chose and have used Eventleaf by Jolly Technologies for several years because it is extremely user friendly as well as cost effective. I highly recommend Eventleaf to my colleagues and several have also chosen this program for their company because they also found that the site is. Pros Eventleaf has all of the bells and whistles that other well-known programs have as well as a lot of other pluses. I am able to manage several events simultaneously within my agency’s organization page. The well-structured dashboard allows me to track and manage registration; keep track of sales; and engagement activities. The program enables me to design my own website with a personalized URL to drive registrants to the event. Eventleaf can link directly to hotels, manage speakers and exhibitors, and produce a well laid out agenda. I am able to manage registration and attendee information throughout the event as well as checking-in, payments, and class sessions. My favorite part of Eventleaf is the engagement component that administers invitations, reminders, and notifications all within the site which means my inbox does not get over whelmed. However, if I want to, I can forward requests to my agency email. During the event, Eventleaf allows me to use polls to engage attendees. After the event, Eventleaf can be used for follow-up surveys. The program is an annual cost that varies by the number of annual registrants. Cons Eventleaf is constantly upgrading its program to address market changes. If there were things I did not like, I reach out to the support group and they help me. Reason for choosing Eventleaf The site takes me through a series of questions that helps me design and post my event website. Cons I didn't like that the software does not keep people who register together in terms of registering in a group under a specific company. We have gotten complaints from participants about the 6% credit card processing fees. Pros Event Leaf is exactly what we were looking for, which was a check-in system for the officials of our indoor track meet. With an older population it needed to be as simple and user friendly as possible which it is! I appreciate that it is easy to use as an administrator and easy for the users checking in. Cons It is not a con by any means, but I wish there was a way to register people for our event without sending them an email.
