December 12, 2023 5.0 We have had a great experience with Eventleaf! No major complaints and love that it is easy to use! Pros Event Leaf is exactly what we were looking for, which was a check-in system for the officials of our indoor track meet. With an older population it needed to be as simple and user friendly as possible which it is! I appreciate that it is easy to use as an administrator and easy for the users checking in. Cons It is not a con by any means, but I wish there was a way to register people for our event without sending them an email. It seems weird, but we already send out emails and I don't need them to get another one from Eventleaf when I sign them up to work our track meet. Review Source CL Chris L. EventLeaf meets all the requirements we set for ourselves, it allows us to solve the registration and participation of users. Pros We have been testing EventLeaf for our face-to-face meetings for some time now. As a small NGO we don't have the budget to hire large companies for our international events, and we have found EventLeaf to be an excellent tool for us. The whole process of setting up the meeting is very simple and transparent, and the registration by the users is very easy. Being able to incorporate different payment gateways (something that other similar tools did not offer) is one of the main advantages. Pros We were former RegOnline customers that converted to Eventleaf. We really love the ease of use and onboarding. We also like being able to customize and brand our registration pages. The interface is very easy to use and provides a very professional feel to our registration and event management. Cons Customer service is not easily accessible by phone...but they do get back to you with some assistance. Pros Eventleaf is a easy to use to set up your event registration. You can provide all needed information eg agenda, meeting location etc. Also the set up of the registrations steps is straight forward and easy to use. The layout is very nice and you can personalize it with colours and logos. Cons I had problems to adjust the font and size for "event description", also it would be great, if you could see all registrations listed with all questions and answers site-by-site. However, You get the information when exporting. This is perfectly scalable for our needs and organization. Pros The ability to use as much or as little of the features as you want/need. We put on 2 annual conferences a year for IT organizations in our state and Eventleaf provides everything we need to gather both vendor information and member/attendee information. Cons There are no cons that we've encountered with Eventleaf. We don't utilize all the extra bells & whistles, so we haven't fully tested all the features. Being able to present all of our event details in one area is the reason we choose to utilize EventLeaf Cons It would be nice if we could change the names of some of the Dialog boxes so we can utilize pages for something different than it was originally intended for. ie. the hotels/ accommodations page is rarely used, so we'd love to be able to use it for something else and we are never able to change the "Choose Room" button. Pros What I like most is that the app actually helps to ease bottle neck during an event. 1. Pre-registration and actual registration - We were able to know the actual confirm attendees on the event and be able to have surveys in one platform same as the platform through out the event. Also, registration during events usually cause long ques of looking names of the attendees and signature, but here using barcode that will just needs to scan it ease ques on the registration. 2. Announcement during breaks - Attendees usually go to different areas on the venue and sometimes organizer needs to check areas to check attendees in this we just send announcement on the app that the program resumes, or announcement on the event program for the preparation of atteendees most likely if its a big crowd. Cons the least that I like is that is have additional feature like a survey that we can easily show the survey results. or anything that we can use in the program. It gave us all the basic tools we needed, as well as a few other features that came in very good use, such as badge printing, session tracking and overall ease of use. Pros The ease of use and very detailed demo I received meant that as a single person I was able to take all our information about our event, load it into EventLeaf and have something operational within a few days. Cons All things considered, there aren't a lot of cons. It eliminates the administrative work and makes it possible for you to supply information on everything, including participant data, income according to enlistment type, leading solicitations, and travel, and that's just the beginning. Your event is automatically converted to a website which can be customised to your organisation. Registration forms are great and support conditional logic, and registrants are able to add another attendee at checkout. Easy integration with Stripe for registration fees. We haven't spent much time with the scheduling yet but are confident that it will create an easy-to-use agenda for attendees. Pros After using many other platforms with similar features, eventleaf has the best customer service. Cons It seems sometimes our registrants struggle to make updates to their info after registration and we end up doing this manually. I don't like that we get charged an attendee count for people who don't pay. For instance, I want all my speakers (who come for free) registered in the system, but don't like that I have to pay to do it.
