Foodline AI

## What is Foodline AI?

Foodline AI is an AI-native ERP and B2B ecommerce platform for independent food distributors. It replaces QuickBooks and legacy systems like NECS entrée with one cloud system for accounting, ordering, warehouse, delivery and compliance. Accounting is built in: general ledger, financial statements, bill pay, A/R collections and three-way-match AP. Customers order through a B2B store on the same record as the ERP, with current pricing, order guides, specials and stock. Catch weight, FEFO/FIFO lots, one-click trace and recall drills, FSMA 204 key data elements, cold-chain logging, wave picking, route planning and proof of delivery are native. AI routines and Copilot help with collections, purchasing and exceptions, with human approval for anything that moves money or stock. Migration is included and typically takes 3 to 4 business days with clean data. Month to month, no feature tiers, built in Atlanta, Georgia. Need a clean catalog first? Ask about our product data cleanup service.
