**Pros:** Pretty easy to learn and use, the Forms have checkboxes for ease of use

**Cons:** Not always reliable, app is difficult to access

**Pros:** Pimsy can be customized to your needs. The team are very responsive and care about our work. Best and most reliable platform.

**Cons:** It’s not 100% built for some of our non- behavioral health programs.
