Just to continue improving based on user feedback and keep current with technology and desirable features.

Pros

Love the ability to save form letters and do mass or personalized mailings, enjoy being able to review client history, opportunities etc. Love web based access from anywhere, any computer, allows me to stay on top of my business even when I'm away.

Cons

I really haven't had any issues that I've been unsatisfied with, other than the fact that I wish it were more personalized for my particular business.

Pros

This is the first time our real estate office has used Big Contacts. We have 11 agents and all of them were able to learn how to navigate and use the program very easily. It is used daily by all of us and we love it. It has been a huge plus to us to manage everyone's contacts.

Cons

not everything is packaged together, it's separated

This has been an amazingly useful tool for my job. The only limitations that I have found are my own. Fantastic for categorizing and managing the different levels of prospects and clients that I need to juggle. I am still finding uses for it that contribute to better time management and increased productivity. Great product!!

BigContacts is without a doubt the most valuable tool that we use. We are able to keep up to date with every single client despite not working in a central office. We are able to monitor/log every single phone call or email and consequently this means we are always 100% sure of any business decisions. The fact that we can personalize BigContacts to suit our specific needs is the USP as far as I am concerned, I can then use this for marketing, leads etc and our business is safe in the knowledge that we aren’t missing out on clients and ultimately revenue.

Overall this is a great product for our small business. It is easy for new users to learn and has capabilities that we use frequently.

Pros

Big Contacts is a user friendly CRM. The two features I find the most helpful are: 1) the ability to create automated tasks and emails based on changes in status; 2) The ability to create email templates.

Cons

Although searching the database is possible in at least two different ways, I would find a more accessible search helpful.

We are still in the roll out phase, the uptake so far has been positive. The sales guys are adjusting to the online inputting of data. The sales team are starting to let the flow of data drive tasks.

Lightweight, off system package

Cons

Some of the screens are not too intuitive.

I currently don't use big contacts but when I did I thought the restrictions on how many contacts I can have were low and some of the integrations into other platforms were lacking.

Pretty easy to use Customer support is pretty good

Cons

\* Email - can't flag it to show receipt by the customer \* Email - can't modify signature to include bold, italics, etc. \* Emails from contacts sent to all Pace employees go into contact's record numberous times; have to manually clean up the database at least once per week \* Slows down extremely over the lunch hour

Pros

I have long been searching for a contact management software that would allow me to use a PDA or Cell phone to access my data. This service is truly practical for any sales representative that is on the go. The interface on the website is also extremely intuitive. And the price? How can you go wrong at only $24.95

Cons

No cons at this time. The bugs have all been worked out.

Highly recommended for anyone needing a contact database with lots of functions but little money.

Pros

Very easy to learn to use. Has many features that I have not implemented yet but plan to. Easy to customize with the information we want included. Can access anywhere since it is web based.

Cons

Would like to be able to assign appts to people that are not users for my information to know who I assign appts to.

This is a great product if you're looking for an inexpensive CRM product but need the features of more expensive CRM software. The fact that it's web-based means I'm free from having to back up my data and I can access it anywhere.

Pros

Cost, Web-Based Format, No Need to Back Up, Ability to Capture Emails

Cons

Marketing/Vertical Response sync has never worked well for me. Wish I could type in a short user ID rather than my email to log in.

I definitely recommend this site for anyone starting up their own business, or who would like to always have their client info on hand.

Pros

I love Big Contacts because it pulls all my emails to and from each client, and files them automatically. It makes membership so worth it every month. I also love the convenience of having an iPhone application.

Cons

I haven't found any cons yet, and hopefully never will.

An absolute disaster! We had to migrate to better software because the custom fields were causing our users a lot of confusion. After using it for a few months, we asked for our data to be given back to us as the online system doesn't work. Several weeks later and many failed attempts the developers are still unable to assist. We are now having to re-build our contact list. Be warned because when the time comes to move you may end up in the same boat, stranded without a paddle.

BigContacts helps me to stay on top of my sales game with easy to use options for tracking all my business contacts, sales activity, scheduling follow ups and tracking my sales revenue and progress. Believe it or not, my company does not use a CRM. BigContacts is my personal choice because they offer all I need in an easy to learn and use, functional tool that keeps me on top of my sales tasks and activities. I could not do what I do without every day the help of BigContacts!

I would go with BigContacts. They have served me well.

Pros

I really like using BigContacts for my database. It's great for keeping track of client activity and generating mailing lists.

Cons

No App for Blackberry phones. I don't want an I-Phone because AT&T's phone service is beyond unacceptable where I live and work. They have the worst phone coverage of any service in Northern California.
