I strongly recommend Big Contacts for the entrepreneur, sales person, business owner or job seeker.

Pros

BG is a great tool for keeping track of all of your contacts and leads. You have all the information you need at your finger tips. This tool has definitely given me a competitive advantage.

Cons

BG is great, but for may users not being able to sync with Outlook is a big drawback.

I've been using BC@ for 2 years. it was kind of clunky. To move from one file to the next you has to refresh or go back to the master lisst. They recently added a TASKS taab so you can skip this step. BC3 is a smooth experience. It is easy to glide from task to task. Occasionally the customer page where you enter results reverts back to a DOS style screen, which then requires me to restar the computer. This is the only flaw.

The best organizational application I have every used.

Pros

Easy to Use online contact management software. Online software allows me to work seamlessly with my assistant. I can view my schedule from any computer I have access to. I can check my calender from my iphone. This have improved my productivity.

Cons

I cannot think of any negatives

I can recommend this product as an effective database. It is much more user-friendly than the one we previously used.

Pros

Customer Support sends answers to questions in a timely manner. Can be adapted to meet most needs.

Cons

The only "con" I have is with billing. It took a while to get our billing changed when we dropped a user, but it was finally credited.

Being in contact with customers and leads. We are able to send auto pilot emails so that we stay on our customer's mind so they remember who we are and what they liked about our product(s) at a show. We then can keep in contact with them and discuss their needs based on what we have already discusses previously so we can follow up with them to see how they are progressing on moving forward with a purchase.

Pros

We are a small procurement consulting and e-procurement provider. We find the system very intuitive and easy-to-use, while having a very wide functionality. The cost of the system is very competitive. We have had almost no service or quality issues.

Cons

None to date.

Been using Bigcontacts for five years. I use it mainly because it is reasonably priced and gives a good value. We have integrated it with our online store registration system for tracking new registered users.

Pros

Easy to use and set up.

Cons

Lacks some integrations of the more expensive products like Google Adwords and chat widget on the web site.

I like how easy BigContacts made it for me to organize and communicate with my customers in an efficient and effective way.

Cons

I didn't like how long it took me to become comfortable with the system layout but overall it is a regular sort of learning curve.

Pros

This program is easy to use once you understand all its features. I love that you can add endless notes and query information from the data.

Cons

Had to use costumer service often in the beginning until I learned how to use all the features. But they were helpful and friendly.

BigContacts has provided us with all of those features, plus an easy way to schedule tasks and meetings, attach emails to a person's information in a viewable format, and record what contact you've had with very little fuss.

BC is easy to use, however there are many times that it lags. While inputting another a new client, the screens don't always change with the tabs, then you have to close it out and restart it. Other times while entering in addional information the system lags. As far as the way the program is set up, that part is easy to use and understand.

I love the ease of adding contacts. I wish there was an easier way for group emails, you should be able to just get an email report without getting everyone. Also it tells you an email may be wrong but you have no way of knowing which one it is. Other than that I love the program. Templates are so easy to make and use.

Pros

I have been using BigContacts for about 4 years. I have more than 4000 contacts on the system. It helps me keep track of clients and potential clients as well as brokers.

Pros

Nice easy system to use, but still very flexible.

Cons

I love the idea of capturing email, but at first this was buggy. Some emails showed up buy I couldn't read them.
