Pros After having studied this tool a little more thoroughly, I can say that it is quite versatile for use in police departments and firefighters, although with certain adjustments it can be easily adapted for the transit of aeroambulances and dispatch of units at critical moments. Sundance CAD, allows you to maintain a control of situations assigning priorities within your systems, improving the response time of the user, monitoring and behavior of the current deployment of units generating alerts and constant records. important points worth noting, is its organization, the way the developers focused on geographic mapping, location in real time, is an open architecture software and commitment to continue improving and become an extraordinary selection of tool for the assistance of units in the different departments. Cons I think one of the points against it, is that its value for money, which is a bit high, should remember that currently is a market full of these tools, which makes that in the first instance organizations are decided by tools known in other institutions given the cost of the investment. The easy search abilities plus the ability to add alerts and other emergency information. Cons Since I have to add a con, I guess it would be the front end cost and setup time.
