Pros The RESUMate software is powerful and easy to use, and technical support is exceptional. The company provides in-depth on-demand training to help even first time users get up an running in very short order. Cons There are so many features and so many available integrations that learning them all and incorporating them in to my daily work was a bit of a challenge -- but a good challenge at that! Easy to use and import resumes and easy to customize. Pros I used the one time purchase/non cloud version, and it did what I needed it to do. Houses all resumes, workorders, tracks, etc. Cons the color. The color was very bland and just needs to be updated. Old gray looking. Good product and service in the beginning, but it's dated. Pros It's a fairly easy software to use and can do lots of things for your recruiting business Cons The color scheme is bad. It's monotone/gray, and it's just not up to date. They just went to a cloud base, but I switched from them. It cost for service too now I believe. Making sure valid table with appropriate entries for your industry can be time consuming. Boolean searching is sluggish because of being unindexed.
