Easy to use and import resumes and easy to customize. Pros I used the one time purchase/non cloud version, and it did what I needed it to do. Houses all resumes, workorders, tracks, etc. Cons the color. The color was very bland and just needs to be updated. Old gray looking. Good product and service in the beginning, but it's dated. Pros It's a fairly easy software to use and can do lots of things for your recruiting business Cons The color scheme is bad. It's monotone/gray, and it's just not up to date. They just went to a cloud base, but I switched from them. It cost for service too now I believe.
