kallmy

## What is kallmy?

kallmy is an AI receptionist for small independent hotels, B&Bs and agriturismi in Italy. When the owner can't pick up, at the front desk, serving breakfast or at night, kallmy answers the property's phone with a natural voice, introduces itself as a virtual assistant and replies to guests with the property's own information: opening hours, services, directions and indicative rates. It collects name, phone number, dates and requests, then sends every call to the owner on WhatsApp and in the dashboard, with a summary and, if recording is enabled, the transcript. Urgent calls are transferred to the owner's mobile following custom rules and time windows. kallmy never confirms bookings: the decision always stays with the owner. Setup takes about 5 minutes: kallmy reads the property's website to propose answers, and the line is forwarded with a simple carrier code. Plans start at €12.95/month plus VAT, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.
