## What is Mailich?

Mailich is a German-language AI email assistant for Mac and Windows. It helps employees, freelancers and businesses handle incoming mail in an existing inbox, including Gmail, GMX, WEB.DE, T-Online, IONOS, iCloud and compatible IMAP/SMTP accounts. The app prioritizes messages, provides short summaries and prepares reply drafts in the user's writing style. Users review drafts or explicitly enable automatic replies for routine categories, with guardrails and a ten-minute cancellation window by default. Emails and the style profile are stored locally. Selected shortened excerpts are sent via Mailich's relay in Germany to an AI service; see mailich.de/datenschutz.html. The app must be running on an online computer. German-language app and support. Monthly plans start at EUR 34.90 including German VAT; cancel monthly.
