Pros: Easy to navigate, focused more towards cruise resellers
Cons: No 24hr support, Feel Rushed when using customer support or that I am bothering them.
Overall: I have since switched to clientbase, and asked for a backup of my data/invoices to be imported into the new system. I was told I could not have access to this data. So unless you plan for this to be the last software system you ever use, be careful!
