Travel agents dont care about flash. Pros The previous version of wincruise was easy, concise and time saving. Cons The new online versioin is over complicated, has many bugs, has lost functionality and now it takes longer to work on groups and create a simple invoice. Neither can you purchase the former better program. Reasons for choosing WinCruise Online I am now looking for something else. It helped with managing customers, accounting, payment reports and allowed access to client history's bookings with details. This is a software I would use again and pay for happily. Pros very simple, I used it mostly for invoicing and some reporting. It was common sense entries, not overly complicated and the invoices were formatted in an easy to read way, for the client's purposes. I was told I could not have access to this data. So unless you plan for this to be the last software system you ever use, be careful! Pros Easy to navigate, focused more towards cruise resellers Cons No 24hr support, Feel Rushed when using customer support or that I am bothering them.
