Before, I either had to email my clarifications to the client or lay everything out in a spreadsheet. I also had to download the financials manually into Excel, which took extra time and ended up using a lot of storage. Now I can just send the clarifications through Switchbooks and I can send the link for the financials. Pros The bookkeeping process feels streamlined and cohesive. Everything is connected, from the bank feeds to clarifying transactions with clients, and even to customizing the monthly financial reporting package. I'm even able to send the link to the financial reporting package directly, so even if I make some changes to the books, it all reflects immediately. I don't have to redownload everything like in other platforms. Cons Nothing really. The AI feature takes a little bit of time to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it really helps out a lot. With Switchbooks sorting my monthly transactions, I can now do my own books with confidence. It saves me time and money. Pros I use Switchbooks for my own bookkeeping, and it’s made a huge difference. I feel confident handling my own books instead of paying someone else, and it’s saved me a lot of money. I like how simple it is. With the AI’s help, I can do my own books without the learning curve of bigger tools, and it costs much less. When I sort my monthly transactions, the AI suggests a category for each one, so I just review and confirm them instead of doing everything by hand.
