In rare cases when we could not easily write a rule in the system, we just set a rule that a report with certain criteria come to the audit queue - therefore still securing pertinent policies and procedures. Cons Our version is old and therefore needs to be upgraded. There are some functions that do not "lead" the user to complete the task successfully - you have to "know" the steps, for example adding attendees to an expense.
