Pros: We were looking for a SAAS T&E expense management solution that was cost effective, quick to stand and easily configurable to meet our travel policies . Apptricity check all the boxes

Cons: Functionality to support tiered mileage reimbursement rates was not out of the box and required customization .

We use this software for all our Expense Reporting Needs

Pros: The software offered many Customizable options, so that we could build it to support our Travel and Expense Policy. In rare cases when we could not easily write a rule in the system, we just set a rule that a report with certain criteria come to the audit queue - therefore still securing pertinent policies and procedures.

Cons: Our version is old and therefore needs to be upgraded. There are some functions that do not "lead" the user to complete the task successfully - you have to "know" the steps, for example adding attendees to an expense.

Overall: Automation of Expense Reporting and tied in our Corporate Card
