In a nutshell , my experience has been positive. It helped improve visibility into safety and compliance processes while reducing manual tracking. Once users become familiar with the platform, it becomes a reliable tool for managing incidents, risk assessments, .

Pros

The dashboards and reporting tools make it easier to monitor incidents, identify trends, and generate reports for my day to day work.I also liked that the platform is configurable and offers strong security and audit capabilities, which are important for enterprise environments.

Cons

Some reports and workflows take time to configure, and there is a learning curve before our teams can use the platform efficiently.

While the interface feels dated, the pros do outweigh the cons when it comes to Cority. It would be best for larger organizations that need compliance and audit tracking but would not work best for simple daily usability.

Pros

I appreciate that Cority is an all-in-one platform that is able to combine multiple functions within one system.

Cons

Unfortunately, simple tasks can take many clicks to get right so it can be time-consuming and difficult when you're first starting out on the program and getting used to it.

Practical use case: tracking EHS incidents, compliance obligations, risk assessments and audit trails, especially when several users need a shared and structured process.

Pros

Cority works well when the objective is tracking EHS incidents, compliance obligations, risk assessments and audit trails. I particularly appreciated risk assessment, because it makes the process more structured and reduces the need to manage information manually through spreadsheets or emails.

Cons

What could be improved is that interface can feel heavy. The tool remains useful, but once workflows become specific, configuration choices and governance become important to avoid unnecessary complexity.

Pros

What I liked most about Cority is how well it supports tracking EHS incidents, compliance obligations, risk assessments and audit trails. The strongest point is EHS compliance: in day-to-day work, it reduces manual follow-up and gives a clearer view of priorities.

Cons

The main limitation is complex deployment. It is not a blocker for standard use, but in a more controlled or high-volume environment it can require additional setup, internal rules, or administrator support.

Pros

it covers a wide range of EHS needs (health, safety, environmental, compliance) in one platform. It’s very powerful for tracking incidents, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Cons

What I liked least about Cority is that it can feel quite complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users. The interface can seem outdated, and implementation or customization often requires time and support.

Overall, my experience with Cority has been positive. It’s a powerful platform that delivers real value once fully implemented. While it requires some time to learn and set up properly, the long-term benefits in efficiency, compliance, and data visibility make it a worthwhile investment for most organisations.

Pros

Comprehensive, all-in-one EHS solution Strong reporting and analytics capabilities Highly configurable to suit different business needs Effective data management and centralisation Reliable system for compliance and tracking

Cons

Initial setup and implementation can be time-consuming Steeper learning curve for new users Some areas of the interface could be more intuitive Limited flexibility in notification customisation

Cority is a leading global enterprise EHS software provider which my company uses to manage compliance, operational risk, environmental sustainability, and occupational health, with specialized tools for chemical management and employee safety.

Pros

Cority is the environmental, health, and safety software my company uses for multiple functions, most notably safety incident reporting and tracking. In my role, I am a Cority user and can submit incident reports, set corrective actions, and assign validators which I can then track to completion.

Cons

When using Cority for the first time, there is a little bit of a learning curve to understand how to navigate the software and properly input data. After your first couple of logins however this becomes very straight forward and essentially second nature.

The ticket system. It is a good way to track status.

Cons

some functionality in Trubox is not adequate for our business. Such as entering training into the Training module. It is very manual and time consuming.
