Pros: 1.We are happy with the support that James has provided us over the corse of our use.
2.It is easy to book clients, check clients in and out, and add new clients to the computer. 3.Our inventory is well managed if entered correctly.
4.Client history and notes is a very convenient tool on the CRM
5. Email response and assistance is good.

Cons: 1.We have struggled with our reporting. We have found that the "customized" reports do not have what we need.
-We want to generate reports client specific. Services,dates,products,YTD revenue before and after clinical costs are removed.
- We would like to be able to create detailed summaries of profit loss.daliy,weekly and Monthly.
2.Our "gift certificate" system is difficult to navigate.
3.We have to go through "Outlook" everytime we want to email a client. our system must be transfered to an Unsicured terminal to sent mass emails from Milano.This is not effective for us.
4.Client retention and conversion reports do not exist.(that are client, time and service spacific)
5.Training...there are no reps who are available to come into our clinic and customise with our needs and train our staff.webinars are not "need" spacific or Clinic specific..
6.revinue comparisons.Monthly comparisons to the previous year,showing revenue,service comparisons and client retention.

Overall: Over all,we are Satisfied with Milano.Our use at this time is average,however we would like to become more aware of capeabilities,and improvements as they come up.
