We have never looked back and are more than satisfied with it's functionality and it's suitability for our business. This is backed up by excellent support from pleasant and helpful staff and we have no hesitation in recommending this system to anyone. Pros Ease of Use once trained to use it and really functions and relates to our business Cons Not really and constant improvements are always being made to keep up with technology. At PFK, we pride ourselves on making our clients property journey as simple as possible and rely on Rezi to make that a reality. We chose to manually migrate our data into Rezi to allow us to have a fresh start. This proved a great idea as we have a clean database to work with. Throughout the process we still had continued access to the support team as well as a personal contact for onboarding, guiding us each step of the way. Being a 7 branch agency, having accurate data is essential and the onboarding process ensured this happened. Pros The Rezi Academy & Help Centre which is a great tool for staff. Cons The system appears to duplicate properties on the sales subject to contract report however Rezi are currently working on a solution to this. Support takes for ever, old clients and properties appear randomly making a complete mess of client bank and chase up's, only to be told it could take month's to sort out.
