Pros: Zodiac.NET is very rich and easy to use component for .NET development. It has a very rich and easy UI for users, it is also affordable and available in different licenses. The support is helpful, responsive and fast in replying to the inquires.

Cons: You may need some development effort to include it on your web site. You will need to get a .NET developer to integrate it to your web site. The online help is good but you may need to contact their support sometimes.

Overall: Very recommended. I like it.
