"On Line Notary Software"

**Overall:** Online notarization has become a smoother and more routine process as we've become more comfortable with the software. Tech support is very responsive.

**Pros:** It's easy to explain to the signee his/her part in the remote transaction process.

**Cons:** Initially, we had difficulty with completing transactions because the software would not pass signee identification credentials, if the signee's driver's license picture did not precisely match up with the selfie the signee is required to take for comparison purposes. We worked with the company to have that component removed from the process since the notary is ultimately responsible for confirming the identity of the signee. The process runs much more smoothly now.

"SIGNiX gets the job done"

**Overall:** We are doing notary closings for real estate

**Pros:** SIGNiX is an easy tool for our signers to use for remote notary services. It has helped us do 3-5 closings a day and each closing has completed successfully.

**Cons:** The tagging of documents is somewhat cumbersome. Only being able to stamp one document in a set of documents, the stamp not showing up with the written notary information and the check box needing to be completed means that you can't have options on a page. Also, having the date populate with every signature is time-consuming because notary documents already have a line where the date needs filled in meaning adding the date with the signature is unnecessary and therefore needs deleted every time.
