Overall its been a pleasant experience. There's nothing negative about the company or software overall. Just wish it was a little more user friendly.

Pros

The price of the software is very competitive in comparison to others on the market.

Cons

A little difficult to use at first. I can tell I will have some issues with my older clients with using this type of software.

Pros

Easy of use. Not overly bulky if you are just doing notarizations and are not loan notarizations.

Cons

There are some functions I wish that worked better. My stamp doesn't apply correctly everytime.

Pros

Most importantly, this is an online platform that did not require any additional equipment or software on our end. I also appreciate that it is integrating with the Zoom platform, which most clients are already familiar with.

Cons

I do hope this software will be available for Estate Planning documents in Florida. Also, there should be an optional setting for check boxes for the notary.

This was the most attractive option for remote notary platforms that I found.

SIGNiX has someone you can actually talk to for support. If they’re unavailable they will get back to you. Their platform is easy to use after you get use to it.
