Pros: There are many pros abt this system User friendly, good communication, easy to setup, Cost effective

Cons: 1. Don¿t like Their monthly refill system. First month was prorated. When I signed up for the membership they charged is full months fee then applied prorated to previous month and remaining to current monthly leaving us with balance to pay for current months full membership. And started sending alerts to pay balance or account with lock. When I went to pay balance it charged my full fee and next month again I will need to pay half balance remaining. 2. Videos are too fast for my staff to use to traing.

Pros: Stable, easy to use on an daily basic, deliver all data you need. And you can start up like its an electronic paper you use, and expande with a lot of funktions.

Cons: There is no dummy room, you can use as a memory, you have setup up an x-tra room, which disturb the statistic and is bookabale as reel room.

Overall: Contgrol of my bookings.

Pros: The customer support is great with the chat format readily accessible. Setup was quite easy, still new so hoping for more improvements.

Cons: It desperately needs an App. It would be so much easier to manage my business. We don't operate with staff onsite 24/7 and being away from the business it's important that guest details are accessible quickly and efficiently out of normal business hours.

Overall: A central easy booking system.

Pros: The simplicity and intuitive handling of daily tasks of your business creates a great work flow. I love the rates section and automatic price changes which can be adjusted to seasonal or promotional needs. Awesome is the channel manager which connects the hotel and availability to a wide range of popular booking engines.

Cons: Statistics could be a bit more detailed and exportable to other applications. As well as some tutorial videos would be appreciated.

Overall: It saves me and my clients a lot of time and makes the daily business of hotels and hostels easier. I love the integration of some of the most popular booking engines that exist and helps with the correspondence with guests. Automats routine tasks with an ease which has hardly be known before. As I worked a long time in this industry, this is what we needed so badly!

Pros: Love how easy it is to cancel a reservation or to add nights, everytime there is something new that I need and cant find the function I can always ask someone on the live chat instead of sending an email and waiting for my answer.

Cons: Maybe that is a little bit hard to get all the email address of my past customers at once, i was able to find them but the format is not as easy to read

If you need an easy way to access email addresses I would advise you export them through the Export function (go to Settings; Your Account; Export Function) and they will be listed with some other basic information in a spreadsheet in a very easy to read format. Pros: Sirvoy is simple to use and offers a tremendous amount of functionality for the cost. Sirvoy has taken our little 25 unit motel online, and in the 3 years we have been using Sirvoy, it has not let us down once. The ease of use is a big reason I recommend it-- some of my employees are in their 70s and 80s and have never used a computer before, and they were able to figure out Sirvoy in a matter of minutes. I researched many other options and Sirvoy offers most of the functionality of its competitors for a much more reasonable price.

Cons: My only issue with Sirvoy is the fact that it relies completely on internet connectivity. I would like there to be a way to download an offline calendar for emergencies.

Overall: We now do 75% of our bookings online through our own website thanks to Sirvoy

Pros: The interface is user-friendly. All information for the guests are on one screen. Bookings are so simple. Functionality is flawless.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about Sirvoy. The only thing that is a tiny small bit irritating is the new option to send an email once the booking is confirmed as I prefer to customise the email before sending to the guest so I need to click cancel to not send the email. Such a minor detail hardly worth mentioning.

Overall: Bookings are simple. Customer information is easily available. Calendar views are quick. I love Sirvoy.

Pros: Easy to use, simple, logic. Easy to learn, clear and very practical.
Customer service quick and helpful.

Cons: need to add extra fake room as when fully booked we can move rooms, so statistics is wrong.

invoicing : in system sometimes my team forget to register payment and they invoiced directly which is wrong so if sirvoy can pop-up and restrict the transaction before, it should be good so they know that payment must be registered before.

Currency : system is in USD , and we receive money sometimes in local currency or others. System only accept USD. (To be able to accept different currency)

Regarding your comments on the system only accepting US dollars - Sirvoy works with different payment gateways that accept payment in most currencies. I suggest you look at the different gateway options that we are affiliated with to see the full list of currencies. I'm afraid I don't fully understand the problem you are having with restricting transactions when your team forget to register payment but maybe you could contact support@sirvoy.co.uk with a more detailed explanation. Pros: The thing i most like about this software is that i can access it easily from my smart phone when i am away from my desk

Cons: I least like that it doesn't have it's own app. It would be easier tho use if it had an ap in the ap store.

Pros: I get the functionality of a bookingsoftware that is need such as bookingoverview, invoicing,
statistic ect.

Cons: Being a non technical person some of the most important such connecting it to my guests providers, instruction is still difficult to follow and I wish the technical will help more not just
giving you a link that most if the time is difficult to follow as a non technical person.

Pros: The software is user-friendly, very easy to use. The software help me out alot, it included a simple booking engine for your website and channel manager for popular OTAs in an affordable price. What I like the most is the customer support for Sirvoy pms, the live chat support is really a great help for many times.

Cons: The booking engine.
I'm hoping for more function in the booking engine in the next version.
There are only a specification card to print out instead of a registration card.

Overall: Help me out a lot to manage all the reservation and track all the income from all the reservations...

Pros: Ease of use, integration to third party networks and complete reservation package to include customer communications.

Cons: Limited functionality from a customer relationship management perspective. Would be outstanding product if integrated to CRM tool to expand relationship and revenue opportunities.

Pros: Simplicity. Easy to learn and easy to get started.

Cons: I work with different rates on different days and periods and this could really be improved. It takes me so much time. An easy thing to do is to make it possible to copy a period with rates to new dates. It would also be great to be able to lower the rates for all rooms with for example same amount or percent via just one click.

Overall: Its easy, and so quick to get started. I would love to have some more functions but when I look at other systems the conclusion is always the same, this is great value for money.

Pros: Easy to use.

Cons: The invoice system are a bit difficult to find out.

Overall: We have a hostel with 30 different rooms with different numbers of beds as well, and Sirvoy handle it close to perfect! I've used ERP systems and web-shops for many years but Sirvoy are close to the best system I've ever used. And the support online are working sundays/evenings (I'm situated in Denmark, so there is a time difference) and answers very fast. Very, very recommendable!!!

Pros: USER FREINDLY, CUSTOMEER SERVICE

Cons: A little set in is ways, cant edit some features.

Overall: The system is really good and very user friendly, if a little ridged at time.
But what really makes me come back Sirvoy time and time again is the customer service form the team. Excellent, very friendly and super efficient, well done guys, keep up the good work guys!!!!!!!!!!

Comments: Great online based booking system with good compatibility and great service. Easy overview and a great calendar. I do however miss a better email service with easy templates, or better way to use pictures in your mails. Also more mobile-friendly booking form for webpage.

Cons: Still missing some things like for example being able to see day by day price in a reservation made over several days.

Pros: Design, usability, support, features

Cons: lack of manually adjustable channel manager like the siteminder inventory

Overall: We're using Sirvoy for a small hostel and have been setting it up ourselves with no problems. The customer service is great and they find workarounds for you if a certain functionality is missing. After extensive research this was the best and also cheapest solution for a business of our size. It's continuously improving and the developers are happy to implement new suggestions. Breaking bookings could be easier and we have decided against using the built-in Channel Manager as we have a lot of long-term guests and updating availability manually is not possible. That means we put our bookings in manually but that works smoothly enough and still faster than in the program we used before. Big plus: one of the few reservation softwares that's designed well and intuitive.

Recommendations to other buyers: Always ask the support if anything's missing, they most likely find a solution for you

Pros: Value for money

Cons: I run a cat boarding business. And though I have setup the system to reflect this, and different places the software still refers to guests and persons.

Overall: Sirvoy was easy to setup and integrate with both my website and facebook.
It represents great value for money.

Pros: That I don't have to go channel by channel to check reservations.

Cons: The mail. I would like to send and receive in Sirvoy's everything related to our guests. It's not easy to check what I wrote to whom and when, so I rather use our mail site outside Sirvoy.

Overall: Sirvoy has turned an indispensable weapon for me. Even though our hotel has only five rooms, it would be easy to get overbooked if we didn't have Sirvoy. I didn't rate Customer Support because I have not nedded it, but I can guess it is great.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would like a sound for alerts.

Pros: Ease of use / user friendliness

Cons: Wish there was an option to set certain promotions for separate years as well. For example,
have the dates 15/12 - 15/01 have certain price, regardless of year. Would save me time.

Overall: I was recommended Sirvoy from our web developer as he had past clients use the system and had heard only positive feedback. Needless to say, the decision was made and it has been extremely easy not to look back.

Our experience using the Sirvoy system over the past year has been user friendly, simple and it provides all the necessary tools for us to run a 20 room lodge/hotel online. It is very simple to add channels via the interface and took us no more than 30 minutes to get everything hooked up.

I would recommend Sirvoy to any small to medium sized hotels and is without question, the best CRM system we've used so far. Oh and customer service is great too! They answer your questions nearly straight away and email you if they see a problem with your set-up , even before you notice it.

Comments: Sirvoy is great and makes life much easier!!!! But - I need urgently more options for the connection with airbnb! I want to offer an apartment with 3 private rooms but I want to have the option to rent each room individual or the complete apartment, but Sirvoy needs to understand of course that it is just posible to rent the apartment when all 3 rooms are free. THAT would be great! I also need an option to put promotions like "4th night is for free". That would be amazing!!!!! Thanks for your service, our rep is the best!!!

Pros: Once it is set up it works well

Cons: set up is a biatch

Overall: I have to say that things have improved since I started with Sirvoy. In the beginning it was fairly lackluster. Linking to the travel sites was horrible and the people in customer service seemed clueless, as though there was no stored knowledge of past problems and solutions. It was as every problem I presented was the first time they had ever heard of such a mythical beast. Most of my problems were solved be trial and error on my part and not guidance from tech support. The one incident that comes to mind is that my hostel world account was set to US dollars and Sirvoy to Pesos (or vice a versa). It took weeks for someone to stumble upon this and suggest that it may be the issue.

All of that being stated, while the depth their product knowledge could be drawn into question I will be the first to admit that their manners could not. They were always very polite while not helping me.

Comments: Unfortunately given me physical location of where their corporate offices are located it is difficult to communicate. We do get our money's worth, as we know other are much more expensive. However, having this communicate with others such as Airbnb, booking.com, Expedia, etcetera does not work. They do not link calendars from one to another and that is a concern. It may work great for hotels that have ubiquitous properties, but for a property manager where every property is unique, it does not work for us as well. You have to manually enter reservations into multiple systems.

Hi Cathie I think what you are having problems with, is the fact that you have multiple Booking.com accounts; one for each corresponding property. You have to connect each Booking.com account to a separate Sirvoy account. You can solve this by consolidating all your Booking.com accounts into one to feed into your single Sirvoy account or alternatively create multiple Sirvoy accounts for each Booking.com account. We would be very happy to offer you a significant discount on any additional Sirvoy accounts you create and you should find this completely solves your current difficulty. Comments: All in all, this is perhaps the best and most functional booking system/channel manager we could hope for at our hostel. However, there are a few small changes that would benefit us greatly.

Firstly, it would helps us out a lot if pricing didn't average out over multiple nights at different rates. If totalscould be calculated using the individual night rates in stead of an average, that would allow us to round out all of our totals and not end up with odd amounts (I would love to explain this further to someone if you were interested and it was unclear as described.)

Furthermore, in switching bookings from one unit to another, it would be great if we could simply swap one unit for another instead of having to move one out of the way then move the other into the first unit before dragging the first booking back into the new unit. The lack of this function has required us to create internal-only dummy units in order to move guests between different units on nights when we have a full house. Again, if you would like me to elaborate on this, I would be happy to.

There are a few other things that it would be nice to change on the channel manager side of things, but a lot of that is down to the other websites getting their acts together to better accommodate hostels than it is anything you guys could do about (for example, Expedia is not very useful for hosts who charge by the occupant and put multiple reservations in the same room when linked to Sirvoy, as they consider each of our individual units to be one reservation and not one person. We use units in Sirvoy as individual beds/individual guests, one bed per guest, so when Expedia reservations with multiple guests come through the channel manager it places them in one bed together at the rate of only one bed, something we do not allow.)

If anyone at Sirvoy would like any further info about any of this, I would be happy to oblige. Again, all in all, we love Sirvoy here at the Burlington Hostel, it has made our jobs so much easier, but we would still love to see it get better if we could!

I have noted the problem you are having regarding the price averaging and switching out the bookings. This is something that has come up before with other hotels. They have overcome this issue by creating a dummy room to swap bookings. The only potential issue here is that it will affect the stats. I have requested the developers look at this issue again, and I have also highlighted the price averaging with them. Pros: Starting Price is not bad, but as soon as you need another user, there are other applications that are better in that same price range.

Cons: Lack of some features, however, the design GUI is by far the biggest con.

Overall: Setup wasn't too bad. It would be nice if the billing had a USD conversion on the back-end for payment. No issues with USD for guest though. The GUI seems like it was designed in the early 90's. Also wish the basic account came with 2 users. Overall not a bad app, but definitely could use a little more design

Comments: After hearing about Sirvoy we decided to give it a try. It changed everything for our little hotel and bungalow rental. Soon we had connected with the major booking sites and worries about overbookings etc. were history. It has developed since and gotten easier to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Pros: Ease of use, functionality, design.

Cons: lack of integrations, all-in price a bit too high.

Overall: Sirvoy is very well designed, clean and very simple to use.
Sometimes it seems too clean (it can be a bit dificult to read when all that white and outlines are there). However it's way better than most of the competition.
However, it needs some pro tools like pricing intelligence, reviewers integration, etc.
The starter pricing is amazing but a bit limited. The all-in price is a bit too high.

Cons: Cant send different automatic replays to different units. There is no app.

Comments: As a small motel in northern Michigan Sirvoy had been great for managing our reservations. Support has been very good overall as well. More and more I'm managing things on my phone and I hope you will keep tinkering with the mobile interface especially the calendar. It would be nice if it was "swipeable"! Overall I'm very pleased with Sirvoy.

Comments: When customer check-out, and we already clean the place, the system is still not updated until the next day. It is still shown in "current booking".
If possible, it should be in "Past bookings" as soon as we put in "units" column that it is cleaned.

Pros: It's easy to use and it seems very reliable.

Cons: Some functions are missing in this software.

Overall: The software needs some improvements to be made. For example to be able to make changes to customer information database, also some important improvements to be able to handle business -customers information a better way and also improvements to the invoices and their functionality. If you need some concrete examples, I am happy to help you with these questions at any time.

Overall: We have used Sirvoy booking system for several years now, and are very satisfied.
For an accommodation with 26 units (cottages) this system was the right for us. When we have challenges or any problems, customer support has helped us in an efficient and helpful way.

Pros: That it is easy to use and that you can do almost everything on you one.

Cons: Since I am using it for apartments and I need to add allot of information about the apartments I would like to be able to attach a document to each apartment/room.

Overall: I am using Sirvoy for planing for the guest apartments that the GöteborgsOpera have.
The Opera have between 40-45 apartments per year.
by using Sirvoy i can do all parts in my job in one system.
Planing, the daily in checking and out checking of guests, schedules for the cleaners, reports and i can also easily sheer it with other either by giving them there one login or by doing a rapport.
I couldn't manage a day without it.

Overall: Easy to use and connect to global booking sites, TripAdvisor etc. Multiple possibles for languages and room specifications. A good overview over room and calendar. A plus with direct invoicing with account information. Wishlist: Possibilites to use any language on the booking section and change to another language for the invoice. Would be the world for us ex-pats, working in another country!

Recommendations to other buyers: Increase the flexibility for language choices, i.e add a tag that can change the language for different view (ideally when creating invoice) from the set up on the booking information. Differentiated pricing: If you could ALSO add this to room selection directly

Overall: We have used Sirvoy for approx four years now in order to manage a small (six unit) vacation rental business. The system has served our purpose quite well (we started off with Excel) . What I particularly like is that the system is easy to use and that it continuously evolves. Sirvoy is a significantly more powerful solution today compared to when we started off four years ago but the cost of use is till at a reasonable healthy level for our small business.

Comments: Before using Sirvoy I was managing our guesthouses the traditional way: lots of Excel spreadsheets and replying booking emails manually. The software is very user oriented, easy to work with and it saves me lots of time.

Pros: the simplicity but also high funcionality and the online support which in seconds has your answers at hand - just awesome!

Cons: calender for reservations could go back a bit longer than only obe year.

Overall: We're looking for a no-fuss reservation management system over the internet for our accommodation in the Philippines and we're glad that we chose Sirvoy. Compared to other systems, we didn't undergo training because it's user-friendly and technical support is always on standby. We also appreciate that Sirvoy already integrated a channel manager and an online booking widget so we don't have to pay for other fees aside from our monthly subscription on Sirvoy. Another feature we like is their customer care support because they really go the extra mile to help resolve the problem and they will lead you to the correct person in case the question is beyond their expertise. Their friendly and polite response is a sign that they know what they're doing which is why we're not shy to ask for clarifications and questions. We highly recommend Sirvoy for other hotel owners out there!

Comments: I chose Sirvoy because it has the best user interface and gave the best value and best price so far with what I need. They still lack other channels from their channel manager but they can connect to Siteminder and they have the big 3. Cons: Not enough or any information on how well the Data is backed up. Loss of bookings could be disastrous for a small hotel. Does I have a choice to back up my data locally to my computer ? Also not clear on how secure is the data at Sirvoy.

Overall: I learned this program in literally 1-2 hours self teach with online help.
This has got to be one of the most easiest, logical and powerful tools in hotel guests reservations. For the small hotelier this package is a MUST. Sirvoy needs to show how secure the data is, in terms of both backing up and security if it is to gain appeal from the medium and larger hotels.

Recommendations to other buyers: If the two points mentioned above can be made clear, Sirvoy will be very appealing to the large independent hotels and smaller chains.

Pros: Easy to use, no need for bible-size manuals and expensive staff training. Fulfills almost all needs.

Cons: Statistics function needs more options. An alarm/reminder function. The manual booking for larger groups requires many clics. Option to edit groups.

Overall: Sirvoy is a very intuitive system to use and requires a minimal training compared to other systems. Price is very reasonable and it's easy to integrate with both our own sales channels and partners. Minor adjustments and the system would be perfect.

Comments: I just set our 33 unit motel up online with Sirvoy. Sirvoy is very easy to use and very consumer friendly. I am in no way a computer wizard. However, with a few contacts with Sirvoy's customer service we are online!! The incoming reservations are also easy to confirm and register with our system.

Overall: We've been using Sirvoy for a couple of years now and we're quite happy with it.

Although the biggest problem we have is with the booking engine for our website. It really needs an update. More and bigger pictures. You can barely see anything on those small pictures. The whole thing is lacking a bit and we see a lot of people just don't like using it.

Also it really needs support for more payment gateways. Omnipay could be implemented (https://github.com/thephpleague/omnipay)

It would also solve our issue with receiving credit cards from channels like booking.com over FAX.

A bit easier way for price managing, line a price calendar or something would be nice.

I've been using it for over a year now and it makes my booking process and customer management very simple and professional. Several customers have been impressed with the automated emails. The only change I would like to see is the ability to store information on user defined fields. For instance I try to track why people are staying with me in a user defined field but it does not save with the customer information. Overall a very good product at a very reasonable price.

Overall: It is rare that I find such a simple solution where people can be educated in a day to use even deep aspects of the platform. I can only say great things about support. They still lack some functionality which could help bigger hotels, but they add it slowly. We don't complain for the speed because whatever comes out is tested and stable.

Pros: the clarity and ease in use

Cons: we have people who cancel and then re book for the same dates and they call us to replace the booking...once a reservation is cancelled it´s gone and we have to do it again.

Overall: Being able to use a platform like Sirvoy has enabled us to modernize our business and we love it due to its ease in use, its value for money and in that it helps us with our accounting. I am certain that we have received more guests due to the online booking widget and being connected with our booking.com account has solved many headaches. If I were to ask for one little thing, it would be for an APP to use on our phones when we are on the move.

Comments: We have just had the hotel for 2,5 years. Sirvoj is the only one we used so w have nothing to compare them to. When we need help they have always answered fast and they are very helpful. They don't leave you with an answer, if its a complicated the call you back and asked if its work out well or if they can do moore for you. It feels good to know that you can relay on them. We couldn't get them higher point on the 'easy to use' question, we don't know how to use a few things among the statistics and settings, but we are still learning

Pros: Easy of use, clear and concise interface on both the back-end and front-end.

Cons: Not allowing guests to choose a specific unit number within an accommodation type (ie: Glamping Tent - Site 1 or 6). Photos not enlarging or gallery option when guests view available accommodations.

Overall: After many trails and one year with other companies and lots of research we found Sirvoy. It was the best fit for our business (14 - 18 units). It is incredibly easy to use for both the business owner and guests. The fee (including the credit card service) is ridiculously fair compared to other platforms in the industry. I've only had to contact customer service one time for something I over looked and they were fast and professional to provide information. I cannot say enough good about Sirvoy. It has saved our business time, money, and headaches to no extent. We have sent other similar businesses we work with to sign up for Sirvoy and have heard only great things from them as well. Sirvoy is certainly a cornerstone to our businesses success. Thank you!!

Overall: Sirvoy is easy to use and had lots of easy to find statistics built in.
We have had a few glitches from time to time however they are usually solved almost immediately.
The customer service team are always very helpful.
However, they do have to send a lot of queries to their technical support staff who are not so quick with their responses.
Our main problem is with the efax provider Sirvoy use.
We had lots of problems initially and changed our efax provider to a company recommended by Sirvoy. The problem is still persisting on occasion and Sirvoy accept no responsibility for this. If only one of their customers has a problem I believe they should look at a way to resolve same.

The staff can all log in to see bookings, rooms to clean, payments etc. Its also possible to make invoices and reciepts! The support team is excellent and helpful in every way. Pros: Easy to see what is booked and what is still avaliable

Cons: There is no app for sirvoy. Would really help our staff for on the go bookings.

Overall: Sirvoy has made our ranch booking process seamless and easy to keep track of. Allows house keeping to keep track of turnovers, the kitchen is able to prepare for allocated number of guest, and booking staff can easily check availability of cabins and minimize any mistakes in the booking process.

Recommendations to other buyers: The app is the only thing I could suggest at the moment.

Overall: The past two years we have been using sirvoy and we love it before we had a different booking system but it was to complicated to use. Sirvoy is very easy to use and love the live chat customer support they are always helpful. It is a little bit expensive because we pay for a premium package but so far since we are happy with everything else we are ok paying for that package.

Pros: It is easy to use and they make improvements all the time with requests of users.

Cons: The lines on the booking page are a bit difficult to see.
It would be nice if the payment options were customizable.

Overall: We got Sirvoy Booking System for our hostel when we first opened our new business. We are not very tech savvy and it was easy to use and understand. As we used the probram there were times when we wished the program could be improved. We made suggestions and they were implemented right away. It keep improving each year. The support team is very responsive and helpful. We have recommended it to several other hotels and hostels that we know of. Thank you for a great program.

Overall: We have been using Sirvoy for a little less than a year now and we are happy with its functionality. It is easy to navigate and user friendly. It is nice that guests can book directly through the site. One thing that would be helpful is if it could compile reports based on different variables - guest origin, specific extras purchased, etc. Thank you!

Cons: Report functions for rooms sold and rates updates needs a grid like siteminder for each of use.

Overall: Hi,

One of the major feedback points we can make is regarding occupancy and current room pricing reports. With multiple accounts, we have to go into each one and input the rooms sold from the graph each day (statistics function) into a separate excel tracker alongside the price point/dates which is very time consuming. You have to hoover over each date on the graph and then input manually so we can yield our rooms more effectively.

It would be unbelievable if you could match similar systems like siteminder and My allocator and have this as an easy export function to review the data.

Customer service is outstanding and has become extremely quick over the years! Loyal customer.

Overall: I'm the manager at a golf course with lodging, and Sirvoy has been great for us! Training was smooth as user interface just makes sense. We've been able to increase our online bookings and compile all of our guest data into one easy-to-use system. Comments: Been a customer for many years now, and love it. Very easy to use, very clean and nice looking. It's missing a financial report to track money in and out, shifts, etc. but overall is great. I love the booking engine, so easy to use, love the Automated Emails that helps us keep in touch with customer every step of the way, and everything else. Comments: We've been using it for a few years, it works fine and is easy to use for our staff as well as our management. It would be nice with some more features regarding invoicing like being able to set older dates on receipts/invoices to match with the accounting etc.

Comments: We've tried our best to use this system and are still today. There is no instruction manual or on line tutorials. Help desk replies to the US in 24 hours. It was developed by someone for his mother's new venture to rent some transient rooms. While I believe the developer knows programming, they don't understand the office and reservations functions in an office. They say that much has been taken from their clients suggestions. We haven't really seen that willingness for our requests. There are many shortcomings and you really don't know until you get in it for a while.

The thing that keeps us in, aside from the fact we have moved all of our bookings into the system, is the room rate capability. You can program with discounts for length of stay and season. I haven't seen any other software that works this well for rates.

To be clear, we continue to maintain our reservations in a text / calendar form as well.

We are disappointed in many aspects of this system and do our best to adjust and live with it. Price is good. I hope they continue and while it doesn't seem likely, hope for improvements that will make our office and guest experience more typical of a booking and reservation system.

The system is so easy to set up with accommodation, extras, and bookings you already have.
The visibility that I now have of bookings in the hotel is outstanding!

Overall: I struggled to find something that would meet all my requirements and needs. Sirvoy has given me the software that I am happy with and would recommend it to any small or large hotel.

If you are looking for hotel booking software, Sirvoy is the way to go

Overall: I started using it to replace the booking engine I was using from Hostelworld. It was more practical to me, but ended up being more expensive and not very customizable. Sirvoy was a great find. I can do so many things with it, and the team working on it is great. I always send them suggestions and they always get back to me really fast! I suggest it to anybody wanting a Booking engine or even a great Property Management system!
