Honestly, I can't imagine having a better background for this. Each time I see "competitive programming is bad for you" I want to punch the author over TCP/IP. It's like arguing that going to gym is bad. Sure, if that's the only thing you do in your life, it might not be the wisest choice. But... well, you get the idea. Pros The least: Feel that i couldnt find any relevant bug :( About the second... I had similar feeling until I learned the product completely. After that I always had something to report, i.e. virtual queue of bugs in my head. The efficiency is the best I have ever seen! Cons Some people do not like change, so it was first met with some skepticism.
