From the very beginning every staff person I've dealt with has been so very pleasant and helpful, making understanding and implementing the system seamless.
Best in class for all options. The customer service is amazing and the ease of use is great.
I have NEVER and I mean NEVER encountered a company with finer, better customer service than Cash Practice. He has done a superb job of hiring great people and training them really well.
Using the wellness reports were so much better than what we were use to doing. Patients like getting a health "grade" and want to improve it.

Honestly, at first i just didn't want to take on a new software. I am no spring chicken and it can be intimidating.
When the update came out it was a little confusing.
Too soon to tell at this point but I believe Cash Practice will be able to troubleshoot with me if I do have problems.
SOMETIMES PAYMENTS WILL NOT POST AND AN ADDITIONAL REPORT NEEDS TO BE RUN. We have several different merchant accounts which can sometimes be confusing.

Overall: Definitely helps with collecting payments in a timely manner.
Pros: Does everything it says it does. The very best thing is the customer support. You actually get to talk to a person! And the the staff is very nice and knows what they are talking about.
Cons: There is so much to learn to get the full value of the software.

Overall: Overall, our goal with Cash Practice has definitely met our expectations.
Pros: Im going to be completely honest here. We have been really happy with Cash Practice Systems. We utilize the Care Plan Calculator regularly and love the ease and formatting of the program. Above everything though is the amount of AMAZING customer service we have had so far! Our program coordinator [sensitive content hidden] has been above and beyond outstanding. She walked us through everything at the time of set up and answered all the questions we had. She checks in regularly to make sure we are understanding everything correctly. She is knowledgable, friendly, and eager with help!
Cons: I only wish there was a way to enter specific insurance details (co-insurance/ deductible info, etc.) and the program do that math for me too. That would be amazing.

Overall: Auto Debit is great I can pause and unpause with ease!
Pros: It is easy to use and if I ever have questions they are always answered in a very timely manner or I can just chat with them which is great!! They also interact with patients if payments are declined and they feel as if they are somewhat in control.

Pros: I like the ease of using it. I like that it makes so many daily functions just automatic. I work by myself without a CA so I don't have to stop after caring for each patient and run a credit card. Cash Practice dovetails with my ChiroTouch software seamlessly. I have "retired" from an insurance-based practice seeing over a 100 patients a day with 5 CA's, an associate doctor, and two interns to working by myself without any staff seeing 25 patients a day and a 100% cash practice with NO stress and a 100% more fun! I could not have done that without CASH PRACTICE. And for the icing on the cake. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER encountered a company with finer, better customer service than Cash Practice. He has done a superb job of hiring great people and training them really well. Any issue I have had has always been handled very quickly and cheerfully. I love all the ladies at Cash Practice!!
Cons: The only complaint I have is not being being able to activate the 'submit' button to send this.

Pros: Exceptional customer service, everyone is very helpful! The Auto-Debit system saves us a lot of hassle. Takes a bit to figure it all out, but, once you have it down, it works for you!
Cons: The card scanners are a bit pricey, whereas our previous company included them. The only option to take Apple Pay is to buy an even pricier scanner, which also requires a monthly fee.

Pros: The support staff have all been amazing, helpful, upbeat, and they never say no or I don’t know without finding someone to help address whatever issue you are having. They do it fast, professional, and they even make it fun.
Cons: This is not a con except maybe it is about me getting older and not wanting to be so modernized. I do miss the old days of people respecting each other, shaking hands, and being a man of your word. Since we live today and not back there, this system is amazing and a must have.
"Great way to take credit card payments"
Overall: The ability to take patient payments as well as schedule monthly payments.
Pros: Cash Practice has competitive pricing for credit card swiping - both the monthly fees and the per charge fees. We haven't found any other merchant services that is capable of integrating with ChiroTouch, has fair pricing AND you can create monthly payment plans.
Cons: The extra features where you can send emails seems pretty outdated. The stock photos and template for emails just feel like they came from a couple decades ago.

They also schedule progress check-ins to make sure you stay on track and answer any questions you may have. The instructional videos are also extremely helpful. The monthly price paid for this program makes it such a bargain, especially with what you're getting and it can actually increase your revenue exponentially as you continue using it.
Pros: For years I was looking for a system that would help me have specific discounted programs that I can legally present to my patients and Cash Practice has done that for me in such an efficient and easy to use way.
Cons: I have not as of yet come across any problems with the program or software.

He was very polite and went the extra mile to calm me down bc I was really freaking out about the mistakes that we had made.
Pros: It makes creating and maintaining payment plans for patients much easier than doing it manually, the way we used to do in our office.

Once enrolled I found your staff to be friendly, pro-active and always focused on great client service and task completion. Although I would try to learn CP systems myself and usually call at a point of frustration, your staff would always politely walk me through a project, no matter how complicated. There was never any rush with service, no matter how long it took, and it was an hour or more many times!
