Comments: Our organization utilizes Apptrino for our staffing needs and by all means, Apptrino takes the responsibility of keeping organized in this field, off of our shoulders. Tons of options, excellent features & the staff is very responsive as they're always just one phone call/email away.

Comments: Great product, very intuitive and easy to use. The customer service and response time is exceptional! I would definitely recommend this product!

Pros: Applicant entry is easy.

Cons: The software lacks flow and an understanding of how recruiter use staffing software on the temp side. Everything needs to be about speed of use and it's not.

Overall: Our sales rep has been great- He has been quick to respond and helpful.
The software is not designed for the Canadian market and it needs lots of altering to fit it.
My biggest pet peeve is not being able to right click on a name and open it in a new tab. It makes working in Apptrino slower than it needs to be.

Recommendations to other buyers: I have several things and I have been communicating them to rep and he is addressing them.

Comments: David at Apptrino has always been hands on, ready to assist, and open to hearing suggestions to make things better for his customers.
The tool itself is easy to use, very user friendly and straightforward for consistent client and candidate management.

Comments: We utilize Apptrino as our resume database. We find the program to be very user friendly. It provides us the ability to search the database to fill positions with specific key words. This feature saves us time and allows us to fill our positions quick. We also like that we can document activity and comments on each resume.

Any time we have questions pertaining to certain issues, our rep, David is always readily available to assist and and resolve.

Pros: The flexibility of using the software is excellent.
The ability to create different locations is excellent.
Lots of features that are necessary when setting up a staffing agency.
Has ability to add components due to expansion and other future needs.

Cons: Some information fields are difficult to manipulate when used in other countries.
Confusion regarding some terms i.e. candidates vs associates, requisitions vs assignments
A bit difficult calculating billing rates and pay rates.

Overall: Create a tutorial guide for those who do not use the software daily and forget certain features and commands.
Create "helpful hints" via pop up windows.
Make it easier to enter candidate information and update same.
Make it possible for clients to enter their information in the same way candidates do - at least the basics.

Pros: Great response time to inquiries... they work to make changes we ask for. Easy to use.

Cons: things stall, or searches dont work, and it seems to be my desktop, and no one elses, that has these problems.

Overall: 9/10 ... nine out of ten
