Being someone that constantly has something coming in or going out, it makes it so easy to have a centralized location for all of them to be in. Pros One of my favorite things about this software besides the fact that it groups all of my incoming and outgoing mail/packages into one simple to use location is that you can use the scan feature to add a package or anything else trackable into the program by scanning the barcode. You can easily choose the carrier from the suggested list after the barcode is scanned or the tracking number is entered. And then rename it so you can easily identify it! Cons It always seems to be a little behind by a couple hours. Not really a big issue, just a small nuisance. I like that there is both a mobile app and a web app so I can enter and access information for anywhere. Cons I wish there was a way to forward tracking numbers via email rather than have to copy and paste them in. I also suspect there is a delay in its updates, though I haven't proven it.
