Overall: Spillman is a great RMS software program that handles all of the needed items of our midsized municipal police departments. It's both efficient and effective at handling the needs of the department and the records unit.

Comments: Spillman is a great RMS system that offers ease of searching, flexibility and stability for your database. The system works great and is easy to use once you are trained. I have been using Spillman since 1996 and it is an amazing and very valuable RMS that can be used to solve cases and get information regarding the activity level of your department. Customer service is very responsive and tries to get you a solution or answer very quickly. There needs to be someone assigned to administer and maintain the system, but if it is done correctly Spillman can do great things for your police department.
