### "IQMS Meets Our Needs"

August 27, 2010

4.0

IQMS provides us with a flexible infrastructure that lets us not only track vital information, but to truly use that information to better our business. Using IQMS, we have greater understanding of our business, leading to faster and more profitable performance.

Pros

IQMS provides information at every step of our business, from raw materials to shipped product and from prospect to repeat customer. Customizable user fields and user forms allow us to adjust the system to fit our processes, rather than the other way around. Because IQMS data resides in the well-known and well-documented Oracle database, custom reports, data-mining, and intelligent read-only extensions are a breeze. IQMS also continues to add value to our business by being very receptive to user requests for software changes, and has provided multiple upgrades to allow us to utilize more features of the software and make our processes as efficient as possible.

Cons

Updates are monolithic and, while providing great value in terms of new features, can cause unintended consequences. Due to their scope, they are difficult to fully test before implementation. The software is more focused on the plastics industry than others in the manufacturing sections and it took a lot more effort during implementation to understand and setup the software correctly. The security administration is not the most intuitive, and needs to be reviewed after each upgrade. User licenses are expensive and add to yearly costs.

### "IQMS USER"

September 16, 2020

my experience from this software is nothing but good. It is so easy to use and user friendly that anyone can learn how to use it.

Pros

this software is so easy to use. We changed about 4 years ago from an accounting software, but, this software fits us much better

Cons

there is so much to learn from this software that I don't think we will ever learn how to use it efficiently.

### "From Idea to IQMS"

June 29, 2010

4.0

At Monoflo International, Inc, we searched for a replacement to our aging and static ERP system. We wanted something scalable, powerful, dynamic and productive. We were looking for a solid solution backed by industry standard components that would help us achieve manufacturing supremacy in our market. IQMS, along with our superior quality product base and forward-thinking staff, helped us achieve that goal.

Pros

Integrated modules for single vendor / single source complete ERP implementation - IQMS provides all of the ocmponent we needed to get our manufacturing facility in sync. Reltime Manufacturing Metrics - The Realtime components of the system allow for immediate and preemptive actions to maintain high manufacturing standards and sustainable quality. Customization Options - The flexibility of the system allows for customized solutions to be developed for additional processes. The integration team at IQMS takes the time to listen to the needs of the customer to develop the right solutions. User Driven Development - IQMS values input and ideas from their userbase. That is a key component in any new development of IQMS.

Cons

Confusind Version Numbers - Version numbers on the software can be a bit confusing and maybe even misleading. Implementation Can Be Cumbersome - Our implementation was not as streamlined as we would have wanted it to be. At times we were misled as to some of the functionality only to find out it required additional components whichw ere not readily available.

### "Enterprise IQ Scheduling for Extrusion"

May 24, 2012

3.0

Enterprise IQ is extremely powerful, but it takes some time after implementation to understand how it will work best for your operation.

Pros

\- Enterprise-wide system allows big-picture views of projected requirements and inventory availablility - Jump-to functionality is extremely useful - Once you learn to navigate within the system, all modules work in a similar fashion - Plastics-based manufacturing design is tailored for the industry - Production schedule is 'live' & dynamic - New module for process monitoring has great potential

Cons

\- Our current version seems to be full of glitches - Software was not primarily designed for extrusion on our scale; we have encountered difficulties applying some features to our process - After initial implementation, IQMS Support is limited - Help files are ok for basic functions, but do not extend to advanced application of the system - 'Power User(s)' required at each facility since Help files are not comprehensive - No 'Undo' functionality for schedule changes

Response from Dassault Systemes

IQMS Support and Quality Assurance departments immediately reached out to our client for specific feedback on ¿¿¿glitches¿¿¿ as there are no currently documented concerns from neither the reviewer¿¿¿s onsite IQMS implementation representative nor within our support department. In most instances, where technical support has been contacted by the reviewer, the concern/activity was addressed, accepted, and closed within 24 hours. To date, neither the Support or Quality Assurance department heads have received any information on specific concerns.

### "Satisfied long time customer"

January 11, 2019

5.0

As stated, IQ helps significantly with timely access to data and standards compliance. Overall, we are a very satisfied 20 year customer.

Pros

Overall, you can quickly retrieve most data from IQ with very high accuracy. The accurate records and ease of access is a big plus for standards compliance and financial record keeping and reporting.

Cons

As you accumulate large amounts of data and more data has to go back and forth between the machine and server, it slows down. WebIQ will likely solve a lot of this if it can figure out how to handle label printing and access to external documents.

### "Very Good System Excellent Help Desk Support"

June 29, 2012

4.0

I believe IQMS is a very good system. Yes, we have struggled during our implementation process, but we want to have everything correct the first time. As the lead of the implementation team, we are anxious to learn/implement as much of the system as we have seen the power and benefits that IQ has vs. our previous ERP system. From an accounting perspective, I don't have any issues. If you are in the injection molding business, this is the system for you! They can "talk the talk" and "walk the walk". IQMS is still small enough and is willing to listen to your wants and needs! For example, I've ran across some "weird" options in their screens - when I asked "why is that like that" - the response usually was "a customer requested that option"!

Pros

\- Help Desk - available 12 hrs. a day M-F - After a call, the Help Desk will usually follow up with you the following day to ensure everything is working properly - Able to "jump" from screen-to-screen within the system without having to back out of an area - Understands and knows injection molding - We really like the RealTime monitoring system - we are able to know what presses are running and if they are fast or slow at the glance of a screen - They LISTEN to their customers wants and needs

Cons

\- They are growing so fast that they were not able to provide an implementer on-site when we went live on 1/1/12 (all were previously booked) - At this point, a little more "IT intensive" than we were first led to believe (we do not have an IT person on staff), but again, they are more than willing to assist

### "IQMS"

It was used to track many metrics of the business. The parts that I used were mostly maintenance based. Work orders, inventory, labor hours, machine hours, cost, etc...

Pros

IQMS is easy to navigate through all the different modules. It is also easy for different departments to share information with each other. We also had wifi monitoring of our equipment.

Cons

The price. IQMS is extremely high priced.

### "Tessy Plastic's Rating of IQMS"

February 17, 2010

4.0

Unlike an SAP or JD Edwards solution, IQMS is very discrete. Because their system is so focused, if their system fits your needs, then you win during implementation. Rather than a 24 to 36 month rollout, the average IQMS implementation takes 6 to 9 months. There's no time or money wasted on customization because you're not given the source code. In other words, it's basically off the shelf. If it closely fits your needs, then it's great. If it doesn't, then go in another direction. When you bring IQMS out to demonstrate their software, they'll tell you as much. If they don't see you as at least a 95% fit for their software, they don't want to sell it to you. They take pride in their customer retention rate, and avoid taking on customers when they know that the system won't be a fit.

Pros

From the perspective of an injection molder, there's very little that we do as a company that we cannot translate into a module in IQMS. What used to be many different "islands of information" has been transitioned into IQMS since going live with the system in the summer of 2003. As some of the newer modules become more mature, this trend will continue for us. The fewer the databases, the easier it is to query all of that data simultaneously to generate more useful information.

Cons

IQMS has continued to grow their customer base. At times, that growth has been fairly rapid. During those times, it has sometimes put a strain on their Tech Support staff. Though they do a great job, I think they've been understaffed at times, but they do seem to fill the gaps pretty quickly.

### "ERP for Plastics Manufacturer"

June 11, 2012

4.0

We are happy with our choice and implementation of IQMS. We came from a home-grown solution and now have a feature rich, state of the art evolving ERP solution. As our company grows and we expand, we are confident that IQMS can take us where we need to be. We would recommend EnterpriseIQ to anyone needing an ERP solution.

Pros

We installed IQMS to fulfill our ERP systems needs. We wanted a one-stop ERP solution for plastics manufacturers to deal with EDI through scheduling. This tool had it. We try to match our requirements to the solutions, when they do, we ask the groups to utilize IQMS to solve their issue(s). We have a robust database with more data than we've ever had, most of it factual. Our decisions can now be backed up with history data. When we need more functionality, IQMS wants to help.

Cons

There is a hesitancy to fix things as they are implemented, most fixes (especially changes) require us to wait for the next version. We have a large implementation, across many plants/divisions/areas of expertise, we need the stability of a mature release and (internally) strugle performing full upgrades annually to get new functionality. We have one caveat in our business that is not fully serviced and that is our distribution center functionality. There is no native software to handle this, however there is a lot of data resources and the ability to utilize Crystal Reports to satisfy to move between distribution and consumption areas.

### "Very functional; Report accuracy between different modules is great. "

September 14, 2017

5.0

One common database for information. Real time information. Covers all aspects of our business.

Pros

Being specifically designed for the plastics industry helps find pertinent data easily. IQMS listens to the users and will make modifications to meet user's requests.

Cons

I wish there were more standard reports with more descriptive titles and that the necessary report parameters would be highlighted. While I'm very conversant with the accounting and financial reports, it's using reports from other modules that I could use more information on.

Increased production efficiency, increased quality, great finite scheduling, reduced inventory, and integrated EDI.

Pros

Full featured, comprehensive, and complete ERP package. Using IQMS we were able to increase our production efficiency, reduce inventory, improve quality, and provide meaningful metrics for decision making. Integrated EDI makes this a well rounded solution for all automotive suppliers.

Real time has helped us a lot to watch our floor.

Pros

Module connection. All modules connect to each other. Real Time is the best tool. The color coding has gotten better over the years.

Cons

Accounting is very confusing. Everytime an update is done, it has a lot of bugs and undo some of the fixes from previous versions.

### "IQMS Pros & Cons"

January 11, 2019

5.0

Overall IQMS has given us greater visibility regarding how our business is functioning in real time.

Pros

Real Time monitoring allows constant focus on what is going on with machines on the shop floor. Inventory visibility at each step of our process has allowed us to make better scheduling decisions. Barcode scanning has allowed us to improve our lot tracking back to the raw material just by know the serial number.

Cons

Can be overwhelming for new users. Setting up certain modules can be confusing and time consuming.

### "Excellent!"

April 11, 2012

5.0

I would recommend the EIQ ERP solution based on our satisfaction with the Supply Chain modules alone! We are more efficient than ever and are now able to actually look at ways to make our company better every single day.

Pros

There are so many areas that Supply Chain covers that its tough to pinpoint all of the pros. MRP is an incredible help to us to control inventory levels and increase our cash flow. MRP ties into the BOMs for produced finished goods and uses calculations based on data entered for each raw material component so that we make sure that we have the proper raw materials in place to make sure that we keep production running smoothly. The WMS module along with bar coding and scanners has increased our efficiency in the plant beyond our expectations. Materials are where the Inventory module shows that they are, which allows us to spend less time scurrying around our plant looking for materials moved outside of the system. Shipping and receiving materials are a breeze as well utilizing the bar codes and scanners. We have not missed a shipment nor have we mis-shipped a product since going live with EIQ!

Cons

Because of the number of modules that work with Supply Chain we have found a bunch of bugs within the Inventory and Supply Chain modules. Good news is that IQMS works diligently to fix the bugs and asks us for suggestions on how to make things better.

### "New Berlin Plastics loves IQMS"

November 13, 2014

4.5

Pros

My likes is a very long list. EnterpriseIQ is extremely robust and integrated. We use it for the vast majority of our business functions, and it has allowed us to decommission many of our previous redundant spreadsheets and databases. It is very user-friendly with a great user interface that is consistent throughout the modules. The system is very reliable and, from an admin standpoint, easy to maintain and upgrade. IQMS is continually improving the software. They stay very in tune with their customer base and design/modify the software to meet customer needs and expectations. Customer/tech support is top notch, and their personnel in general are great people.

Cons

There is really nothing of consequence that I don't like about the vendor. IQMS is professional, effective, and reliable. They hold premier vendor status with New Berlin Plastics. There are a few minor issues and annoyances with the software, but considering the scope of what EnterpriseIQ does for our organization, it would be impossible to deliver perfection, and the issues are minor and do not impact our ability to run our business. There are only a couple of modules (Time/Attendance and Quoting) that do not work for us. I'm not saying that they are bad; they just don't work in a way that fits our business model. They likely work just fine for others.

### "First shop floor data collection software package I ever used "

September 5, 2017

4.0

Once this software is set-up correctly, the data collection is great. But it takes a lot of fine tuning to get to that point.

Pros

It integrated well with IQMS's ERP system. Was able to see the jobs currently running as well as how many pieces were molded in real time.

Cons

It took a lot of training (trainer was great) and set-up. There are a lot of features that need to be configured prior to start up. Even after set up, it took months to get the system to a point where we could trust the data coming out.

### "Enterprise IQ at Plas-Tech "

August 25, 2010

4.0

My overall recommendation is very high. IQMS is a very professional organization that understands our industry and has developed software to meet our needs without a concern of resorting to customization or other expensive add-ons to reach a successful outcome.

Pros

Establishing database was fairly easy. We used a combination of manual entry and importing data directly. System is user friendly and even those with limited or no ERP experience can pick it up quickly. Both off site training and on site consultants were good resources for getting the system up and running. IQMS personnel were interested in us succeeding and stayed involved through the implementation process. Follow up issues (after implementation) were handled promptly and professionally. I never felt during the process that we wouldn't get the help we needed. Their consultants have "real world" experience which is very beneficial. Because of it's scalability we will likely never need another ERP solution.

Cons

Not many. When I first looked at IQMS I was concerned that a company our size (we have 15 employees) that we wouldn't have the horsepower to handle the system but so far that has not been the case. Sometimes on site consultant availability can be an issue and if you are on a limited budget the expense of travel can be significant if you do not have someone who is available in your immediate area.

### "Complete ERP system review"

June 21, 2010

4.0

Overall I would highly recommend IQ as a complete ERP package.

Pros

1\. Easy to use - ICON's and features are very logical and easy to train. Features allow you to jump to information without having to leave current module. 2. Modules are all fully integrated making the need for externally generated information obsolete. All information is readily available in IQ thereby eliminating the need for third party software or maintaining data in excel spreadsheets etc. 3. IQ listens and responds to customer needs. They are constantly improving/expanding the functionality and provide options for individual users. Not a one size fits all type approach. 4. Lots of features that allow for automation, taking the human error element out of the process 5. Support is very helpful and extremely useful. We rely on support often

Cons

1\. Going through the upgrade process can be encumbersome. IQ puts out a document of what has changed however it is very lengthy so sometimes after an upgrade you are caught off guard about a change. We also find 'bugs' after an upgrade that can be time consuming to fix. 2. Support is an overall pro, however, I believe that IQ is expanding their customer base fairly rapadily so we have noticed their usual rapid responses are slowing down and often it will now take follow up emails to have an issue resolved.

### "IQ ERP Review"

June 27, 2012

5.0

IQ is an excellent system. I would recommend it to any Injection molder or any customer who is looking for a solid ERP system.

Pros

IQ is an excellent ERP system. We are a custom plastic injection molder and the system has so many features that benefit our industry. The system is feature rich and meets the majority of our needs. We are extensively using Inventory Control, BOM's, Time and Attendance, RT Machine Monitoring, Scheduling and the accounting functions. We have recently implemented Project Manager to track our tooling projects. With the Quality Documents feature and the Documents features in all of the modules, we have begun the process of going "paperless." Documents are now available to everyone at the click of a mouse instead of searching in a myriad of files. We are very happy with IQ. The support has been great. We have definitely seen a vast improvement in our planning and scheduling capabilities.

Cons

Scheduling can be a little challenging. The system assumes that you will run all presses all the time. This can cause some confusion and this is why we do not auto-load the schedule. But, the schedule has helped us. In the past, it would take us four hours every morning just to schedule the next twenty-four hours out. Now, everything is on the screen and we can see at a glance where we need to make changes.

### "First ERP System"

January 11, 2019

4.0

Our company had never had an ERP system. Every thing was done on home grown systems or excel. Needless to say this was a big change. There was some grips when we went live, but you couldn't pay people to go back to the old systems.

Pros

I like the fact that it is well organized and for the most part intuitive. I log the Translog which records every inventory transaction thus allowing us to quickly analyze activity.

Cons

It is not possible to back date inventory transactions. This is a problem when data input is delayed.

I am content with this software, but wish it was more intuitive & logical in its data entry method. Also wish it was more able to create A/R invoices in a general format out of large parts lists per each structure we produce and sell.

Pros

### "Top-Rated ERP Package"

June 7, 2010

5.0

IQMS is the ERP system to have, especially if you are in the plastics industry. When benchmarking against other packages, IQMS comes out far ahead of the pack. The system can be rolled out quite quickly since very little customization is required. IQMS has streamlined our operations by replacing 20+ custom apps and spreadsheets with a single integrated solution. Since implementing EnterpriseIQ we have achieved significant growth without the need for additional support staff.

Pros

\- Powerful integrated software, capable of handling all aspects of the business - Navigation is intuitive and consistent throughout all modules - Drill down and right click jump options can be found in all modules - Oracle database is intelligently structured and very stable - Solid tech support and customer service - Customer driven development - Online community server for submissions of software change requests - Functionality is constantly being added and improved - Excellent help documentation and user manuals - IT administration requirements are minimal - Wide range of canned reports, and custom reports can be easily created using Crystal Reports - Eplant functionality allows for multiple locations

Cons

\- Security administration is difficult - Yahoo email user group is OK, but it would be much better if replaced by an online user discussion forum - User licenses are expensive
