### "Highly Visual - Excellent Support"

September 26, 2014

5.0

After working with JD Edwards, QAD and Epicor at other companies, it is refreshing to be back with IQMS. In my role I work with all departments to improve processes and better utilize ERP. Of all the systems mentioned IQMS is by far the most visual with color coding throughout. At a glance you can see which releases have shipped, are due, or are late. The scheduling gantt chart highlights which work orders are going to be late, won't have material on time, or need expediting. Real-time production monitoring shows visually what machines are running slow, fast or down. It is also highly productive. You can right-click on any record to jump to all sorts of related information. The IQ Alert system is an incredible tool that allows you to manage any process by exception. You set it up to look for any problematic situation, and email somebody when a problem is found. For example: uncoded downtime, forgetting to enter certain data fields, raw materials overdue by X days, something moved into a hold area, calibrations coming due, etc. It can also auto-email reports on a schedule, process files, perform backups, clean up files, etc. Most importantly, their support is far and above every other ERP company I've worked with. Usually all it takes is a phone call. They answer your call and connect you directly to the person that will resolve it. No entering tickets or getting bounced around. Usually, our issue is resolved before we hang up. If not, they do a great job with followup. No system is perfect, but having great support is critical in a manufacturing environment.

### "EnterpriseIQ Review By Apple Rubber Products"

May 12, 2010

5.0

I would highly recommend EnterpriseIQ to manufacturing and distribution companies seeking an integrated ERP system. The system is very user friendly and the transition from module to module is seamless making cross training much easier.

Pros

The integration for us is the key component in keeping all departments apprised of current business performance. In what would have been multiple databases, spreadsheets in previous systems, we now have at the tip of our fingers within the same login. In addition, we have been able to reduce the number of third party maintenance contracts. IQMS's desire to listen and respond to their customers requests is second to none. When we started there was a Software Change Request Process, which was a good means of getting in customers needs. Recently, IQMS rolled out a new platform on Community Server which allows their customers to be heard and also lets other customers a chance for feedback. Great follow up by all personnel in Technical Support.

Cons

Technical Support is not available on weekends. However, if an emergency presents itself, arrangements can be made so you are covered. Limitations in Crystal Reporting for charting, however, with the addition of SmartPage we are finding this to be less of an issue.

### "We couldn't run our business without it."

November 1, 2017

4.0

Pros

The software modules are seamlessly integrated. There is a robust set of modules to select from based upon the needs of your company. The support people are knowledgeable and very friendly. IQMS wants us to succeed.

Cons

The software releases tend to be buggy. Even after slowing their release process down and increasing regression testing there are still a lot of defects in their early releases.

### "IQMS has become part of PRISM, and handles our processes for business from quote to invoice."

September 15, 2017

4.0

Helps run out business and give us quick access to all data to help manage our business on a hourly/daily basis.

Pros

Real-Time integration, and our ability to utilize IQAlert and SmartPage for Real-Time display of metric data.

Cons

Updates over the last few years have broke functions that have caused problems. Seems like more effort needs to be put into software testing and debug before service packs are implemented.

### "Helped us Document New Product Development"

June 4, 2010

3.0

Overall, we are very happy with Enterprise IQ and the Quality Module associated with it. We've been able to streamline a lot of our new product development and quality related information control with IQ.

Pros

The Quality Suite of quality modules is very flexible and can be aligned to current practices/processes. All modules use the same base workflow system so once you understand how to use one module, you can quickly develop your system in all the others. It's (somewhat) integrated to the rest of the ERP system so quality/validation/testing can be related to the actual products and equipment used in production. As with all IQ modules, the voice of the customer is heard and improvements are on-going.

Cons

The quality modules are a little quirky and still overcoming some of issues built into them at initial design. Document control is not extremely secure, users can easily change and save over the "controlled" document, bypassing the controls. We used the doc control module for some of the less important documents, but continue to use our original doc control system due to the security issues. Gage and SPC modules were limited, didn't support unilateral dimensions and overall were inferior to our existing software so were not utilized for recording metrology.

### "Some things are easy to use some things are very difficult"

September 13, 2017

3.0

Pros

It is easy to go between different screens within each module. The GL is user friendly as well as the AR module.

Cons

Because the system is modified to fit each company the help center does not provide the information needed when trying to figure something out with the way our system is set up. Issues with having different UOM for our European customers compared to our US customers.

### "IQMS ERP Review"

June 27, 2012

4.0

IQMS is an excellent system for manufacturers of plastic products. We investigated a number of different ERP systems before deciding on IQMS and couldn't be happier with the results.

Pros

IQMS is an outstanding ERP system for plastics manufacturers. IQMS replaced multiple independent systems in our organization including MRP, real time, reporting, asset management, preventative maintenance, and more. With a limited IT staff, it was very difficult to manage and maintain our systems until replacing it all with IQMS. Our Controller is able easily to provide up to date financials to our management staff using spreadsheet server. Because IQMS is so intuitive, it is has been made available to most everyone in our organization. The support staff at is outstanding to work with. Additionally we couldn't have been any happier with our implementation specialist, Carlos Doria. Much of our success is directly attributed to Carlos' support during the implementation process.

Cons

\- Global eplant settings do not work well when two eplants are in very different industries. - The Outsource Central module may be the only module that has not met our expectations, particularly regarding how inventory transactions are handled. - Not perfect, but what software is?

### "IQMS answers vast array of Manufacturing Types and Product needs"

January 4, 2017

I've implemented IQMS for a company that manufactures custom carbon fiber products in the areas of Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Military, Medical, Oil & Gas, Marine and Recreational products. IQMS allows the flexibility to manufacture products using various different types of BOM's and configurations. Lot Tracking and Serialization help keep traceability of products from finished Goods down to the Purchase order, and delivery date of the raw materials used to build the product.

### "IQMS Review"

As far as the manufacturing side IQMS does a good job. It is when you get outside the manufacturing that you run into issues. The HR and reporting functions are not nearly as robust as other software that I have used.

Pros

Pro -IQMS is a good manufacturing system. The labeling functionality is very good and helps support tracing the origins of all the parts we manufacture.

Cons

Con- Once you leave the manufacturing area, performance and customer service for this area really drops off. One of the weaker HR, payroll, training and reporting systems I have ever worked with.

### "easy to use system with a great customer support team and system"

September 14, 2017

4.0

Pros

MES functionality easy to set up and use. Scheduling module easy to use, easy to move stuff around and work around constraints.

Cons

I think the reporting is a little difficult to use. They have a good base of generic reports, but customizing is difficult. It would be a lot better/simpler if there was an easy to use dynamic reporting structure within the system.

### "Setting the Standard"

May 1, 2012

4.0

We have grown with EnterpriseIQ since 2003. In that time, I firmly believe that our success is part and parcel due to the ease of use and vast capabilities that are built into the package. If you are looking for a piece of software that can help you run your business and streamline your processes look no further than EnterpriseIQ.

Pros

\- The warehouse management system ensures that as long as you have the parts in stock you ship the correct parts. All you have to do is point, scan, and print. - The variety of modules allows you to tailor the system to your needs. - Customer support is exceptional and always willing to help out. - The ability to write custom reports allows you to manage your processes how you see fit. - Being able to directly change/improve the product through Software Enhancement Requests means that you have direct influence on the direction the software takes.

Cons

\- The initial learning curve can be a little challenging for someone who has no previous ERP knowledge. Consistency in screen layout helps to ensure that after a short period of time though, things fall into place quite easily. - Although it ensures thorough testing and standardizes the product, Software Enhancement Requests sometimes have to wait for the next version or service pack.

### "IQMS Quality is changing our compay for better"

August 17, 2010

4.0

We purchased the Quality, SPC, Data Collection, Document Control as a module for our current IQMS ERP system because we wanted a complete system to bring everything together so you can find it quicker and easier, and that is what we now have. We have been very happy and satisfied customers of IQMS and the Quality module and are someday hoping to use it to its full potential, which is probably never going to happen since they are constantly making it better.

Pros

The document control is helping us to lock down our revisions so we can get back to ISO certification status. Without it our revisions with paper ECO's is very time intense. I really like the email/online approval process. The SPC charting from your their history is user friendly and easy to follow. Our inspectors can't misread tolerances in SPC/Data collection since IQMS gives both visual and sound warnings when a number is entered out of tolerance. The IQMS support and training team has been very helpful and quick with all questions and hiccups encountered during implementation and usage.

Cons

The only con I hear from my inspectors is that when running multiple cavity tools and entering data in SPC/Data collection is that they need to go to the beginning page for each part they wish to enter. They want a next page button.

### "ERP REVIEW FOR IQMS"

June 22, 2012

4.0

Our company has been using the system for many years and overall we are very happy. Although upgrades(with any system) can be painful we know that we have them supporting us every step of the way. We highly recommend IQMS as your ERP solution.

Pros

IQMS has many pros. At the top of the list is the top notch customer service. They are always very polite and helpful. Everyone from the top down is very accommodating and always willing to help us find a solution if the system cannot provide what we need. Another pro are the tools provided to the users. The help files are excellent and very easy to use. In addition to those there are training videos, free webinars every month, and discussion boards. If you still need additional information the Internet Based Training sessions are wonderful and reasonably priced. They are a company who truly listens to their customers.

Cons

Enterprise IQ is very robust and can be a bit overwhelming to new users. Once they learn how to access the tools provided they are very pleased with everything the system has to offer.

4.0

Pros

Intuitive, good help contents. Eplants assist greatly with keeping manufacturing divisions well separated.

Cons

Not having a web client puts IQMS way behind the industry. If I were evaluating ERPs for anew system, not having a web client would remove IQMS from my consideration. Getting fixes is a cumbersome, long process, taking months and years.

### "IQMS our Meets our needs"

May 17, 2012

5.0

I have been an IQ user since the early DOS genesis days (1994). I would highly recommend IQ to anyone who wants to control their manufacturing process. The real-time module is a necessity that controls the accuracy for the whole system. Easy to implement and easy to use. I have implemented the IQMS system at three different comapnies and have used other systems as well. Most other systems take a team of people to keep them up and you get minimal information back. With IQ it takes very little time and effort and you get a wealth of information back.

Pros

By utilizing IQMS we are a data rich company. We use Crystal Reports and IQ Alerts to Manage our business by exception. Our ability to train new people in the use of IQ is very minimal and most people catch on right away. The control we have over inventory utlizing the real-time module to track manufacturing is phenominal. The scheduling module is quick and very simple and can be grasped by new users very quickly. The on line system is available to every operator on the floor so there is never a question as to how they are doing and what is coming next. Our customers appreciate the proactive approach of sending them open order reports with stataus on a continuous basis.

Cons

The only issue I have with The MRP system is the cost, but you get what you pay for.

### "Custom Engineered Parts Manufacturer Competes in USA Thanks to IQMS"

May 11, 2016

4.5

Pros

Our ability to accurately tie project planning, track costs, manage part quality data, gauge calibration, customer inventory, shipping management, and document control together. We are a complex engineered aluminum parts manufacturer that does not fit the mold of a typical manufacturer. IQMS has allowed us to better control the uniqueness of our custom part manufacturing.

Cons

There are a couple modules that we would like to add to our IQMS software for better integration of data, namely the Human Resource, Training, and Preventive Maintenance Modules, however they are not yet robust enough to replace our existing software. We knew this when we purchased IQMS, so there was no expectation at the time of implementation.

### "It appears that features were haphazardly added to the software, some features don't work"

October 6, 2017

Pros

Not a lot, would be great for a Plastics company, but for discreet capital equipment and for an FDA regulated company it is inadequate.

Cons

Very difficult to maintain, Many manual workarounds that shouldn't be needed are required to get the software to work. Implementation consulting was awful, every consultant gave us a different message

### "Overall Review"

June 16, 2010

5.0

I recommend EIQ to whomever I meet and wherever I meet them. We went from a manual based spreadsheet system where the same data was being entered by three people in 3 different systems. This was very time consuming and added too much work. With EIQ, I can now create all my AR invoices with 3 clicks, purchasing finds it very easy to order raw materials and follow up with suppliers and shipping/receiving have been able to free up time for more important tasks. EIQ is a true ERP solution and they stand behind their product. I did my research/homework for more than 1 year and found IQMS to be the best for our industry. They also listen to what the customer wants unlike all the other software companies in the marketplace which is in itself priceless! Implementing is a timely process therefore I would recommend one person be dedicated to this. I had to implement and do my day to day work which became very overhwelming.

Pros

1\. Ease of Use 2. Ease of accessing information within modules from many screens just by a RH click of the mouse 3. Eliminates redundant work and alleviates any human error from a billing perspective 4. Seen direct cost savings and time savings from three departments alone, i.e. purchasing, accounting, and shipping. 5. Scheduling works great and the real time module is an added bonus.

Cons

None that I can think of at this time from the modules I use.

### "IQMS Review - DLH Industries"

June 29, 2012

4.0

I highly recommend IQMS to anyone seeking and ERP system for manufacturing. While forcing conforminty, it is still highly adaptable. When researching ERP vendors, IQMS easily stood above the other's we looked at with the level of integration provided

Pros

We currently use Enterprise IQ for Manufacturing (Inventory Control, Production, WMS), EDI, Accounting and are in the process of bring over our Quality Systems and Maintenance. Enterprise IQ is almost wholly integrated. Switching to EIQ, we replaces at least 6 different applications if not more. With the level of integration, it is easy for end users to pick up new modules as the interface is the same throughout the software. One of the best aspects about IQMS is there willingness to take feedback from their customers. If there is a feature missing, or not quite up to par, they will almost certainly remedy it.

Cons

There are only one areas i could find issues with. While the support staff is very good and respond timely, they are not availble after hours or on weekends. We run 25x5 and need to do our upgrades and maintenace on the weekend. Also, being in the Eastern Time Zone, if i have an issue early in the morning, support doesn't arrive for a few hours.

Great Module!!! SMI could not have achieved ISO 13485 with so little effort if it wasn't for the IQMS Quality Module.

Pros

Integrates with other ERP modules Built in Document Control System Template flexability Covers the whole quality requirements spectrum for a non-FDA regulated manufacturing firm.

Cons

Smal things like... 1. ECO is per one item and cannot be cloned when the same change is being done on multiple items. 2. Workflow approval is limited to specific person approvala and does not allow for an approval from Engineering or Quality (as long as one person from the group approves) 3. No folders within Doc Control

With the most recent version of EnterpriseIQ Quality, users can link multiple BOM's to a single ECO which translates to multiple parts per ECO. Additionally, unlimited Document Control libraries (both secure and unsecure) are allowed.
