Very easy to use. Printers are inexpensive. It blows the Shopkeep system out of the water that had numerous glitches, card reader connection issues, and expensive. Shopkeep customer support was rude as hell at times as well, if you could get them. Alexandria Computers help has been great the little I’ve needed it. I’ve dumped the monthly expense and dumped my iPad. Best move I’ve made all year. Cons Nothing... works fine. I was so glad not having to pay expensive monthly service fees just to use a POS system. Just waiting on the sms feature of informing customers that their order is ready to be implemented. THAT WILL SURELY BE THE BOMB!!! Pros They could charge a lot more for this software because it is worth it. Hard to believe it is just $99 and that's it. I had the software loaded and entering my menu items within just a few minutes. I had previously skipped through parts of the tutorials but the software is logical and easy peasy. No strings, straight forward pos software I can use my own hardware with. Pros Software covers all the bases for me. We do deliveries, take out and keep track of diners in house. Has more bells and whistles than I actually use still. The customer service is great though. They do respond quickly and with straight forward tutorials available online set up is a walk in the park. thanks! Pros The ease of use and the simplicity of its operation, made it easy to learn. the ability to print orders and they can go directly to the kitchen is a nice feature. Also the reports are very helpful in running the restaurant. They help to determine what items are most profitable to our business. Cons Although the reports are good at telling how the business is doing, they could be designed much better so they can be much more easily read.
