Pros

  • Having used this in the past, it is refreshing to see where they have come. They are a wonderful solution for any institution in acquiring, especially with high volume submissions day in and day out.

  • Overall it has been a great experience, exspecially as of lately. I came from the sales side over to Underwriting, so it is really interesting to see the end and beginning of using Agreement Express.

  • I love the new workspace. I think since that came about it has been much more user friendly.

  • Customer service is outstanding, with a dedicated account manager and monthly reviews. As a mid-sized business we value the attention and dedication the Agreements Express team puts into action.

Cons

  • It has been years and might have changed, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

  • Once in awhile I discover I made a typing error.

  • For a comparison, Worldpay has the least user friendly application I experience. I avoid boarding merchants with Worldpay/Vantiv/FIS because I dislike their application process so much.

  • Changes are hard to make on any technology platform and we have faced at times obstacles getting into place in a timely manner features that our business values.

"Agreement Express- Easy to use"

Pros: Very quick to gather details. Very accurate details. Gather information very quick and the user interface is easy to use.

Cons: N/A Don't have any complaints about Agreement Express.

"Great software. It's easy for the client to use while signing contracts. "

Overall: The signing process with my clients has improved the time of the delivery of my product to the client.

Pros: The product is really easy to use. It has a wizard that follows you thoughout the entire process of singature.

Cons: There are times in which the platform gets really slow.

"Agreement Express"

Overall: Very easy to use. Utilize it often.

Pros: Very easy to use for contracts with my customers. The tracking is fantastic and I enjoy the capabilties.

Cons: N/A - There isn't anything that I don't like about AE.

"A great tool for managing our customers accounts"

Overall: Overall it has been a great experience with this platform

Pros: I found the most impactful features lie in the ability of the ease of use and the record keeping

Cons: I feel that I need to be able to use the "Enter" key to write in the line underneath the one permitted when in "Draft" mode in the POS comments and VPP sections
