They are reachable on the phone and work on team viewer in real time which helps to ensure work is not delayed. Cons The lack of management reports on the basis of sectors, clients, mode of transport etc in graphical form is a letdown. This should be done immediately. It is not intuitive and data entry is to be done in different pages instead of doing it from one page.
