They are reachable on the phone and work on team viewer in real time which helps to ensure work is not delayed. Cons The lack of management reports on the basis of sectors, clients, mode of transport etc in graphical form is a letdown. This should be done immediately. I have not changed my digital services, as newage upgrades its product in sync with the changing time. Pros eFs comes with lots of forwarding features which boost the traveling of our cargo, like 1) Webtools- It comes with lots of exciting features. 2) Improvised CHA module 3) Integration of MSc Invoices 4) CMA CGM- Tracking & Vessel schedule 5)Newage’s collaboration with MMD3 Cons As such, I have not found any cons.
