It was good when the customer service was happening without the etcicketing. Once the etcicketing starred it has gone to worst feom bad.

Pros

It has many features like intraa integration and online contaiber tracking etc.

Cons

The customer service is horrible. You request anything, yiu need to wait atleast foe xouple of months to the work done for you. At the same tjme if we dont respond ro their replies in the etcicketing software they will assume that everything is taken care and working fine and close thw ticker.

We have been using efs for more than 8 years. We find the solution to be very effective for our Freight Forwarding business. Very good and easy-to-use software. Users wise control is very efficient

Pros

Can handle and use the software effectively to segregate the job costing Cost is automatically allocating to sub-jobs Features are very productive and automated for the business

Cons

Looking forward to great features in the new product

Pros

accounting is good. the system has complete operation function you need.

Cons

system runs on Remote Desktop, come on, it's 2019, who else is using Remote Desktop? there are lots of good software on web based, or cloud based. it super super slow......... and freezes a lot. you have to build a super strong server to take 10 employees login at same time, Ohhh, you have to pay 10 users license fee, Ohhhhhhh, server 2008 is not compatible, need to downgrade to server 2000.

It has definitely helped in our day to day tasks and is still useful for us. But some issues in the software has caused us very big issues in stock and reporting.

Pros

Good for logistics purpose. Ease of use in many categories

Cons

\- Poor customer service. - Takes way too long to solve any tickets raised. - Custom reports are not supported. - Have to stick to their formats. - Does not understand customer issues when raised a ticket. - Poor understanding of stock maintenance

We have been using eFS for 8 years. Good customer support and the software ERP works with good efficiency as expected.

Pros

All functionalities related to FF are covered in depth Very good CFRM module for the business Good Finance features with all the reports

Cons

Overall user interface could be improved. There are lot of clicks to get the data instead of just a click.

Pros

eFreight Suite is a great tool to access and organize your Logistic solutions. Billing and invoicing information is very easy and so is Freight Track and Operational activities.

Cons

eFreight Suite does seem laggy and glitches can be resolved in the coming updates with the IT team for better experience.

Worst customer support afterwhich we had no choice but to stop using software We infact donated our money to New Age as we did not use the product for single day infact we recommended several changes which never came to us in improved version
