Extremely happy. They helped us get everything setup; it is a breeze to maintain. They are extremely customer focused and the product is the best I have ever used.

Pros

This is exactly what we were looking for scheduling management, and it suits our needs perfectly. It's easy to navigate, it's easy to do shift management, the customer service is amazing (they are always there and always having a solution to any issue or questions to any answers). The value for money is amazing. We were paying twice as much for a competitor software that only did a fraction of what Humanity can do!

Cons

We have so many shifts, it would be nice to have that option to create as many different shifts as possible. As a workaround, we use each shift as a location and works flawlessly (which is why I am still giving 5 stars!).

Easy to use and very accurate for my management team and our sales team to reschedule and and account for activity.

Pros

Humanity helps our organization be prepared with sometimes difficult staff scheduling and availability.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Either online or on my phone app which I use the most I always know where and when to be.

Pros

Viewing my schedule and the schedule of others in the hospital was helpful to plan out the day. Having an app to quickly pull in up on my phone was convenient on the go

Cons

It would sometimes freeze up and glitch. This only occurred on the app when I was using it, so it may be fine with desktop

Overall my experience with Humanity has been positive. The team that is assisting with my configuration and implementation is very knowledgeable and professional.

Pros

Humanity is relatively easy to navigate. Once set up, it makes creating schedules a simple process. Some of the great features include alerts when there are conflicts and the ability to generate and print PDFs of the schedules. Humanity offers many of the features of modern SaaS applications (i.e., SSO integration, geo-tracking, mobile app, etc.).

Cons

I wish the online training and support resources were more robust. There is also a lot of configurations required to get the platform setup initially. The training provided by the implementation team could also be better. If I'd known in advanced, I would have purchased more hours to cover more comprehensive live training sessions.

My second round with Humanity has been a great experience. I appreciate all of the knowledge and support that their team has provided and I look forward to using this software with my new team!

Pros

I used Humanity at my previous job and loved it so much I had to implement it at my new site. The customization and visibility of Humanity is my favorite part. The visibility for team members and schedulers makes the scheduling process so much easier to allow for shift management, scheduling, pick ups and payroll purposes. This has exponentially increased our accuracy for payroll by having this scheduling platform. The customer support has been very helpful with developing the platform, taking suggestions for improvements, and providing additional suggestions on ways we can continue to improve our existing platform. The regular communication with our customer success team really makes this value of this product worth the money, time, and effort put in to it's development. The notifications for team members as well as schedulers has also helped us provide real time responses and answers to scheduling related inquiries. I'm looking forward to the additional security benefits we will likely take advantage of with the single sign on option.

Cons

It's a mixture of something I like, but also struggle with. The level of customization can sometimes be intimidating to learn all of the different scheduling options that you have. It can take some time to fully comprehend the different options and what works best for your organization but the customer service reps are helpful.

Some of the challenges we faced were the loading times as we would often have to wait 5-10 minutes + to simply log in to the system as the wheel continued to circle waiting to load. The mobile app for MySchedule would allow for quick log in, but the web-based version, which we use for scheduling, was difficult to navigate or even gain access to. Our team would purposefully not close out of the MySchedule tab because it took that long to load sometimes. Some of the other capabilities that led us to change to the new system we are using allow us more customization with viewing individual users schedules, flexibility with overlapping shifts, adjusting shift times in real time even after the shift had started, posting messages on a board that sends push notifications out to the team, allows team members to pick up shifts from the app and request time off or mark their availability to assist with some of the auto scheduling features.

Overall this is a good platform and I would definitely recommend it. I have used several programs in the past and this one by far is the easiest to set up and to use daily.

Pros

The program is easy to use and set up. The team members who are using the program everyday also like it, the app is readily available and also very easy to use.

Cons

I did not have the greatest experience with the launch team. I was very familiar with the program because I used it with another company but when I went through the initial launch the trainer did not seem to know how to adapt to the fact that I knew anything about the program.

Overall humanity has made a lot of improvements in our scheduling process. It has reduced our costs by only scheduling people at the right time of the day and without excess staffing.

Pros

I primarily use Humanity for scheduling and forecasting and what's great about this is they have simplified the forecasting process making it a lot easier to schedule interpreters with efficiency. Also in comparison to other softwares, the pricing for Humanity is a lot cheaper than others.

Cons

The view for over and under is a little harder to interpret at first while the older version was easier to interpret due to the simpler view

Overall, my experience with Humanity is really positive. It makes scheduling easier and I am a visual person and the layout is really helpful and visually appealing. I also love how you can set a skill in certain employee profiles which helps you separate out your different categories of workers. Lastly, the help function always helps me when I have questions.

Pros

I like the user friendly aspects of the scheduling. Specifically, I like how you can create a shift and it automatically makes it a different color depending on the shift. I also like how you can set the shift to repeat certain dats of the week between certain dates. Really helpful and visually appealing.

Cons

Sometimes there is so much going on it is slow to load or see all on one screen. It is also a little hard to figure out the screens you need at times. However, the help function has always helped me when I wasn't sure about how to navigate something.

The scheduling, shift management, training, and reminders/notifications make it easy to find what I'm looking for whether it be training materials or promptness of scheduling.

Pros

All my tasks and appointments are easily available for a holistic view of my day, week, and month. Mobile app is as user-friendly as the desktop version so that I can manage my schedules on the go. The additional features, ie, shift notifications, and time-off management are very helpful.

Cons

I wish that it would sync with my IOS calendar to make it easier for me to make sure I don't have any conflicts.
