I also liked how easy it was to reach out to support and get assistance on any issues I was facing. Cons Humanity Schedule is not optimized for a large company, of which I schedule for, so certain tasks are hard to manage. It works like a 'single source of truth' so everyone knows exactly when they are supposed to work. It has made my job much smoother and way less messy! Pros I love how easy it is for everyone to see the schedule in one place. Instead of sending a million emails back and forth, the staff can just swap shifts themselves. This saves me a lot of time and lets me focus on the most important parts of my job. Cons The app can be a little confusing when you first start using it. There are so many buttons and settings that it feels a bit cluttered. It takes some time to learn how to hide the stuff you don't need so you can find what is actually important. I currently use in position view and week. We have many different departments and roles in our hospital and I like that I can scroll and see all of them in one place. Pros It's easy to use and easy for associates. Love all the color options. I also like that there is an app available for your phone. As a manager I need to update schedules due to call off frequently and this makes it easy and accessible. Cons I did like the old legacy version much better. I also wish you could use the copy or move drag and drop option in calendar view. I like that can put my days off there very straight forward its not complicated. Pros It shows how many hours I make for that week, knowing ahead of time what my schedule will be. When my company starts using it for more things I will be excited to see how it well it works! Pros As a traveler I really appreciate how I can click on a scheduled day and it tells me where I am for the day and it will also open maps for me on my phone so I can get instant directions! I also appreciate that I can see where some of my coworkers are working that day, this makes it easier to get questions answered in a timely manner. Cons I don't currently have any cons with Humanity Schedule. The website makes everything easier to see but I prefer the app because it is faster and right at my finger tips. Pros Being able to see who is covering in that department. Like that I can see the names of the person/people who are covering the departments at a glance. Cons Having to filter my phone app to just one department and not all. For some reason when you are over multiple cost centers and positions it shows for that entire department. Cons Since it is so flexible, it has a lot of tabs and views and therefor it takes some time to learn and then become proficient. Can't delete messages on the dashboard had to remove the whole widget. month view of my schedule is in a week line format instead of calendar month style.
