excellent, all the team members like it and streamline our entire IT ops workflow.

Pros

super easy to use, great UI, great automation rules that simplify a lot of tedious work, workflow approval provide great audit logs who did what and when

Cons

no full integration to manage office365 object and rely on powershell script, no web based application for the adaxes main configuration

I always say an application is only as good as the support provided, and even during the trial, the support team was quick and quickly resolved the issues we had. Answered all our questions and made the transition to their product a smooth one. Look and feel is updated and current feeling and integration into Windows is a bonus.

Pros

The ability to remotely reset a password using a public URL and SSL Certificate. The ease of setup was quick and easy. Already after a few months getting great feedback over previous AD Self service product.

Cons

Lots of features built into the price when we only needed the Password reset/unlock piece. A little pricey, but well worth it in the long run.

Pros

The software works great as a way to delegate AD management abilities to our help desk without granting them domain admin rights or futzing with delegation of roles in AD. Bonus there is also a lot more features such as automating tasks, automated group building based on rules, automated reporting and so on. We use it daily and the help desk uses it most of the day for their work. This product was also the least expensive for the niche it fills so I was not expecting near as much as I got.

Cons

I wish it had the ability to manage mobile devices but that might be coming. They recently added the ability to view them although its not as nice as the view in Exchange. Software support hours can be challenging but damn their support team has been super awesome to the point of writing scripts for us which I never expected.

I've been using Adaxes for a while - there's a small learning curve, but it's aimed at someone who's an IT Pro rather than an IT Developer. If you want to be able to manage user creation, deletion, changes as well as the flow on effects when these events occur, Adaxes gives you a great framework to use. There's a lot of inbuilt functionality, but if something's missing you can either call external programs or just use PowerShell commands. One other big benefit in this product is an effortless web front-end. I'm not a web dev by any stretch, but using clickable menus to create multiple sites and customise what options are visible lets me pass on the user management aspect to others, knowing they can only do what I let them. Highly recommend this product, and you don't need to be a big business to get a lot of value out of it.

Pros

Easy to use and design from an IT Pro point of view. Doesn't take too long to set up an entire process for new users and departures.

Cons

Can be some things you'll have to learn or get support on due to the complexity of some tasks you want to do. Support may take a day to get back to you, but the response is well researched and generally won't require any more back and forths.
