Pros The user interface is very streamlined and easy to understand. Cons There is very limited functionality and as we primarily use this as a collaborative note taking tool. Every customization seems to require substantial coding and technical support. As manager of our PMO I am able to quickly decide which projects get approved and which ones get rejected. Using their OTB project management templates we can start with the right amount of project management for the project and team in question. Pros Their reporting options, it's built on SharePoint and their support is top notch Cons It can take a little training to get used to.
