Seguridad y consistencia en los procesos de homologación de proveedores/productos. La plataforma permite a los proveedores interactuar, e internamente, es una herramienta transversal que implica a los departamentos necesarios en cada proceso.La plataforma de licitaciones permite agilizar el proceso de negos y aporta transparencia.

Cons

Sería interesante poder analizar la información de los cuestionarios para segmentar y evaluar a los proveedores. Flexibilizar y adaptar los reportes.

El funcionamiento es muy intuitivo, aunque a veces falta integrar 100% con SAP en mi caso

Cons

Creo que la idea de funcionamiento es muy bueno, se debería pulir un poco más cuando se solicita soporte al departamento técnico, puesto que te contestan como si fueras programador cuando les preguntas por errores de usuario.

Mi experiencia y relación con ITBID es excepcional, desde que empecé a trabajar con la plataforma y el equipo de ITBID, el área de compras de mi organización no ha parado de mejorar

Pros

Itbid nos ha ayudado a dar visibilidad e impulsar la transformación de la función de compras internamente, que a su vez se refleja externamente. Es una aplicación intuitiva, fácil de integrar con otras aplicaciones, como por ejemplo NAV.

Cons

En la funcionalidad de contratos, muestra un resumen de todos los contratos, pero no permite exportar esta pantalla a excel.

Contamos con una plataforma de licitaciones por donde pasa aprox el 95% de las negociaciones competitivas del grupo.Desde el principio nos han ayudado y apoyado de manera proactiva, rápidos en solucionar cualquier problema, su gran conocimiento en compras y tendencias nos aporta un gran valorActualmente estamos expandiendo la evaluación ESG de nuestros proveedores también con ITbid.

ITbid es mas que un proveedor de softwere para la gestión de compras, son una consultora con experiencia y gran conocimiento. una de los motivos por lo que me decidi por ellos, es por su filosofía de capacitar al usuario, imparten formación de gran calidad, no solo sobre su herramienta sino tambien de los procesos de compras y nos ayudaron en la definición de las necesidades de homologación de proveedores y productos.La integración fue muy sencilla y su uso rápidamente adoptado por todo el departamento y otros usuarios como calidad, I+D e incluso las plantas productivas.La direccion de ITbid se encargo, junto conmigo, de vender el proyecto a mi sponsor, el CEO, aportando la credibilidad y profesionalidad necesaria para avanzar en el proceso de digitalizacion de las compras del grupo.

Realmente estamos muy contentos con la herramienta que es muy adecuada a nuestras necesidades.

Usar este software a permitido digitalizar las compras en nuestra empresa y como consecuencia está haciendo un proceso mucho más transparente y equitativo para todos los proveedores.

Pros

Es una plataforma estándar bastante completa y que permite digitalizar el departamento de compras. Además está en constante desarrolla y a pesar de que es un "estándar" para todos sus clientes, a veces es posible desarrollar aspectos. El precio comparativo contra otras opciones, es determinante para pequeñas y medianas empresas.

Cons

El hecho de ser un estándar para todos no permite adaptar el software a las realidades de tu negocio y acaban habiendo opciones que no se usan.

Por un lado era la opción económicamente asumible para iniciar la digitalización y por otro tenían el producto bastante desarrollado vs otros opciones que parecían estar en proceso de desarrollo.

Mi experiencia es muy positiva.El módulo de homologación de proveedores es completo y flexible, nos ayuda a segmentarlos, a evaluar de forma óptima su grado de adecuación, minimizar el riesgo en su elección, evaluarlos de forma eficiente para consolidar una cadena de suministro real y sostenible.El módulo de negociación nos ayuda a reducir tiempos de transacción, a tomar decisiones de una forma eficiente y objetiva, a darnos seguridad por la trazabilidad y transparencia de todos nuestros procedimientos.El equipo de Itbid es excepcional, muy profesional y eficiente. Un verdadero partner, y un apoyo sustancial en el buen desarrollo de la función del departamento de compras

Pros

Tanto en el módulo de homologación como en el de negociaciones destacaría su flexibilidad, que facilita la adaptación muy rápida a posibles nuevos modelos y procesos, en ocasiones motivada por decisiones de estrategia interna o por nueva normativa. Muy intuitiva, de uso sencillo tanto para usuarios de compras como para cualquier perfil de proveedor. Segura, con una visión de la información muy limpia, transparente y trazable.

Cons

Su funcionamiento es perfecto, pero quizá se podría mejorar algo su velocidad en el arranque
